They didn’t let me stay. Said computers were down. They didn’t let me in my room. Said they couldn’t. I have not been refunded. They took my name down to refund me, but I haven’t heard anything. Please do something about this.

Amazing service and very clean!
Pros:

System was down for hours before I arrived and they still got me checked into a room so I wouldn’t have to wait to check in great staff and very clean also had breakfast!

Nothing wrong with the property it was clean car was safe and nothing happen to it.

Denied my refund
Pros:

When I arrived to check in they informed me the pool was down for maintenance. The clerk told me I could cancel and get a refund since it was their fault. I did what they said and contacted booking to get a refund. The hotel denied the refund

It was restful to stay there.
Pros:

I especially liked their clean, well-appointed gym.

Cons:

It was difficult to turn the faucet off in the bathroom and that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Conveniently located by the interstate.

Cons:

Parking lot is small, my bathroom door wouldn't close, my room carpet was stained, the elevator entry/exit area carpet was stained. The carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or removed
