Excellent staff and surprisingly quiet location for a family vacation!
Pros:

The location and especially the staff were amazing for a family vacation. I was amazed at how quiet it was at night and appreciated not being right in Times Square but easy walking distance for theaters.

Cons:

We were not given washcloths initially and the body wash in the shower was empty. The rooms are small but that seems to be expected in NYC for the price, and we weren't there much.

Excelente ubicación y perfecto para familias
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy cerca de Times Square, Bryant Park y varias paradas de metro con las que te puedes comunicar con todos los puntos de la ciudad, pero lo suficientemente alejado para no estar en el barullo máximo.

Cons:

Quizás el mobiliario fuera un poco "viejo", aunque estaba bien conservado no se veía moderno o renovado

Excellent location. Time Square, Empire State Bldg, and 5th Ave were all within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Easy access to the subway and eateries next door.


Definitely booking them again on our return trip. Staff was super friendly. Super helpful. Rooms were very clean and fresh towels daily.

Cons:

There is no microwave in the rooms. We had to use a community microwave in the lobby that wasn't appealing to the different smells of the different foods it was used for.
The air conditioner didn't work. We slept with the window open but would have to close it at a certain point because it is noisy in this area.

Pros:

la camera era grandissima e molto pulita, il personale molto cordiale ed efficiente. Ci siamo fermate solo una notte ma ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative

Cons:

la vista dalla camera non era la migliore, ma comunque piacevole. L’unica cosa che forse per rientrare la notte tardi bisogna prestare attenzione in quanto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana.

Location was absolutely perfect. Stayed a week for my daughter’s birthday and we walked everywhere it was so close, took an uber when we got tired of walking.

Cons:

I really have no complaints besides the pull out
Mattress is not the best quality. But I made it work.

Pros:

Wonderful staff. Very helpful . Lovely clean room with housekeeping every day. Ideal location between Bryant Park and Times Square.

Great location, awesome stay!
