O hotel é simplesmente perfeito, bem mais do que eu imaginava, nos surpreendeu em tudo, limpeza e conforto, a cama acho que nunca dormi tão bem, mas a localização foi o melhor de todos!! No coração da times square! Valeu cada centavo de investimento ❤️

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant, we would recommend the property to others!
Pros:

The location was great, easy walk and access to a lot of places. The property itself was nicely removed from the noise and had everything we needed.

Cons:

I didn’t like the lack of a water fountain and having to go into the gym to fill up on the lower level.

Perfect for a solo stay
Pros:

Perfect room size and amenities for a solo trip to New York. The location was brilliant, very comfortable bed and friendly/helpful staff. As I stayed for 6 nights it was a bonus to have easy access to a washing machine and dryer so I didn’t bring a load of washing home! Would definitely stay again

Cons:

I stayed over Christmas so it was expensive but that was to be expected. Room was a bit dated but all the positives outweighed that.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

I loved the very welcoming experience I had walking in and being greeted every time they wished me a happy birthday and surprised me with a complimentary Wine bottle and card in my room. The beds were comfortable. Great view from our room. So close to everything Gran Central Time Square near tram stations to take you by the Freedom tower. Lots of Cafe's and dining places and Ice-skating rink nearby.

Cons:

Although I was on the 19th floor it was a little noisy from the street. The restrooms were a little small the shower only had half of the glass door wish it had more privacy since I had to share the bathroom with parents.
