It felt like home
Pros:

Staff is friendly & helpful. The restaurant/ bar in the lobby is super duper. What an honest staff. I left an expensive leather full length coat in the rooms closet after I had checked out. Called the front desk who sent someone to check the room and BOOM!! MY COAT WAS STILL THERE!!! Read That AGAIN !!! THANK YOU!!!!

A great time at the courtyard imitated by Glenda!!
Pros:

A great stay at the Courtyard was started by our front desk hostess Glenda. We had a multiple room reservation that needed a little cleaning up and she got everything in ship shape. She also told us about the restaurant in the lobby where we had a great meal at 9pm which was much needed. It’s a great hotel and hopefully you will meet Glenda. She is a ⭐️

The pool closed at 11:00 PM and that was so awesome

Cons:

I didn’t like the pool guy that came in to access to leave out of the pool when we didn’t notice that it was almost 11. He could’ve been more polite about it. He seemed very unkempt and rough around the edges for a beautiful place to work😂

Good time
Pros:

The atmosphere was great. We had a good time. Nice big fluffy bed. The room was very clean. Nice quiet stay. The sky walk was nice so we didn't have to go out in the cold.

We only stayed one night for a family wedding. It was lovely. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Had an enjoyable stay.

It was clean. Across the street from the convention center where I was attending a church retreat

Cons:

The only I didn’t like was that my room faced the street. It was hard to sleep due to noise from busy street.

Thanks for a night stay.
Pros:

Check in was ok, room was clean and comfortable. Didn't get to use it but the pool looked great - indoor and outdoor! We did get to sit out in the Garden area and was very nice and relaxing. The hotel was easy to find and was right off the Hwy. B'fast was ok and area was clean, and we liked the pancake machine.

Responsive Staff and Access to Ft. Wayne Convention Center
Pros:

It's been some years since I traveled and stayed in a hotel. The staff were most helpful and responsive with my special needs, since I am now more disabled than in the past. I also appreciated the alternated route to access the St. Wayne convention center, via its skybridge. While I was there in the hot summer months, it could be most helpful for others in the colder months.
