Pros:

The hotel left a very positive impression. Everything was great — the property is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

The location is excellent, right in the tourist center, with everything nearby. Shops are within walking distance, and it’s also easy to reach the lagoon on foot. Taxi service is very quick and convenient, which is a big plus.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was very nice.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only positive impressions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great value, location and clean modern rooms.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from everything in town. Clean, modern rooms and very warm. Excellent service from the front desk - Abigail, in particular, who was very helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp in helping us book restaurants and call taxis, we truly appreciate her help and warmth of service. Only downside was the very small bathroom and bathtub/ shower space.

Nice setting, close to everything
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location, close to all the businesses but very quiet at night. It's also a walkable distance from the bird sanctuary. There’s a small gym on the third floor as well as a small lounge with a shelf of books to borrow. I found the selection of languages interesting- Spanish and English, of course, but also Greek, Estonian, German and (I think) Korean.

I had dinner in the restaurant with a fellow traveler. Mine was fine but she saw “Milanese” on the menu, assumed it was chicken Milanese and didn’t read the details. It turned out to be a very large piece of beef, pounded thin and fried, accompanied by French fries. Not what she expected at all. She offered me a piece and it was quite dry.

The breakfast buffet was good- not as many fresh fruits as we’d had in the north but that was to be expected. They did have a problem keeping the coffee pots filled when there were two tour groups at breakfast.

You may want to bring ear plugs if you have a room facing the street and want to keep your widows open since there's some road noise.

Buena estadia salvo a la hora de descansar...mucho ruido

Muy buena ubicacion, cuanta con cochera si bien es pequeña y de poca capacidad. Muy buena atencion del personal. La habitacion si bien estaba bien no asi la insonorizacion, se escuchaba absolutamente TODO del resto de las habitaciones, esto ultimo es lo que me hace dudar de regresar a este hotel.

During our stay there was a festival nearby with very loud music until 2-3am in the morning... Absent of this, hotel was excellent.

Except for the awful smell in our room, the hotels was lovely.
Pros:

It was a fine stay. Front office staff was lovely.
Small gym had what one needs.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell in the room every time we walked in and always had to keep the windows wide open for it to dissipate, but outside was too cold to leave open at night. It seems to nave a rotten/ yucky and very strong smell.

The coffee at breakfast was terrible. Not strong enough.
