Pros:

The staff (in particular Francisco) exceeded expectations. When our transport plans went awry, Francisco was a huge support. He stayed calm, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good and the location excellent. Just far enough away from town to avoid noise but only a few minutes walk away from good restaurants and bars.

Cons:

If I had to pick something I’d say the breakfast was somewhat underwhelming. Not unlike most Argentinian hotel breakfast offerings, there were a lot of sweet pastries and although there was fruit, toast and yoghurt, the bacon and eggs were not the best. But this is a small minus in a lot of pluses.

Pros:

Staff was extremely accommodating when our flights were cancelled and our family desperately needed an extra night. Beautiful hotel - very comfortable and the packed lunches they offered worked very well for our trip to the glaciers.

Hotel excelente. Sem reclamações. Nao tem ar, pegamos 2 noites quentes e nos ofereceram um ventilador potente que ajudou demais. Café da manha ótimo e banheiro maravilhoso!

Cons:

Se vc vai em fevereiro, há uma Festa do Lago na cidade com show até mais de meia noite na praça ao lado. Ficamos 4 dias e toda noite o show parecia estar dentro do quarto. Dormimos muito pouco, pq os passeios são cedo. Em fevereiro, evite o hotel!!

Architektonisch sehr schön. Gute Lage. Zimmer alt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der check-in und check-out war freundlich. Das Hotel sieht rustikal gemütlich aus.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer 113 ist alt, inklusive Teppichboden. Das Bad riecht nach Schimmel. Die WC-Spülung funktioniert schlecht. Es gibt keine Mischarmaturen. Eine Bodylotion wäre wünschenswert, da die Luft extrem trocken ist.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war unfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist lieblos und der Kaffee wässrig.
Der Preis stimmt nicht mit dem Angebot überein.

Hotel muy acogedor y bien ubicado, ideal para descansar en El Calafate
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a solo una calle del centro, lo que permite ir caminando a todo y a la vez disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo y sin ruidos. El hotel es muy acogedor, con un estilo de montaña tipo canadiense que encaja perfectamente con el destino. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas, con camas excelentes y un baño amplio. El desayuno es muy completo, con productos de calidad, bien presentados, y se sirve en una sala muy luminosa con grandes ventanales.

Cons:

La estancia fue en general muy buena y no hay aspectos destacables a mejorar. Quizá podría reforzarse el recordatorio a los huéspedes sobre respetar el descanso nocturno (hablar alto a cualquier hora, tele alta, niños gritando, movimiento de muebles...) pero eso es culpa de la falta de educación y respeto de la gente, no del hotel ;)

Die Unterkunft war gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frückstück war super und die Lage des Hotels war auch sehr gut.

El desayuno fue excelente, variado y servido de manera cómoda, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable.
El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila y silenciosa, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y comercios. ¡Top!

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería conveniente retirar la moqueta y renovar las baldosas del suelo del baño, dado que algunas se encuentran rotas.

Cons:

Neighborhood has barking dogs (city has lots of stray dogs). Not an issue normally if there’s Air Con in room: in this case no Air Con so you needed to have window open. Not relaxing or within control of hotel.
