Mooi hotel maar voor ons teleurstellend
Pros:

Grote kamers met eigen keuken. Leuk zwembad.

Cons:

De airco’s maken veel geluid. Daarnaast was door een storing onze 2e kamer niet toegankelijk waardoor onze 3 kinderen samen op 1 slaapbank moesten slapen.
Toen wij de volgende ochtend vroegen(nadat wij heel slecht geslapen hadden) of we iets later konden uitchecken (later dan 10 uur) was dit niet mogelijk.
Voor ons was het een teleurstellend verblijf maar wij zien ook wel dat het hotel mooie faciliteiten biedt en dat het personeel erg vriendelijk is.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable with dark curtains. Very quiet, we enjoyed the quite adult pool. The kitchen was a plus.

Etablissement au top.
Pros:

Tout. L'accueil. Les logements sont spacieux et les equipements sont au top. Les piscines sont belles et il y a même des piscines pour les personnes voulant être au calme. Les barbecues sont toujours disponibles. Le personnel des chambres et de l'entretien du site disent toujours bonjour même lorsqu'ils circulent dans leurs voiturettes électriques.

We’ve stayed here many times. I’d have to say this was our best visit yet. So relaxing and fun.
Pros:

The grounds are so clean and the staff is very attentive.

Cons:

A little sad to see the big surf park going in, but no fault of Westin.

Pros:

Check in (Leilani) was truly exceptional. Great smile, personality, professionalism. Contacted mgmt as I was leaving to express how exceptional she really was.

Cons:

Bedding is too soft. Hard for a senior citizen to exit. Wish there were FIRM mattresses.

Amazing stay, so impressed
Pros:

From the second you drive into the facility, you recognize all the care and attention that goes into this property. The staff was amazing, they were very knowledgeable and were ready to assist with whatever questions we had. We are a large family with teenagers and to have so many amenities to accommodate us all and keep us busy was truly amazing! There were great pools, pool tables, basketball/pickleball courts and daily activities.

Cons:

We are a large family of 8 and we travel often. To find a place where everyone is happy is rare and this one met the mark! We literally had zero complaints!
