The “service” in the restaurant was none existent.
The prices for the food were certainly not lived up to by the food that was served.
Bathroom was dated and in need of a freshen up

Pros:

We loved the well kept hotel. The garden is manicured and gorgeous!
We ate at the restaurant and the meal was tasty and nice. We also watched live sports at the pub. Staff was very attentive in both and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying at the hotel if you’re visiting the beautiful Cotswolds.

It’s a beautiful venue , the room was standard room bedding clean , looked clean apart from skirting , and cups dirty on arrival . Staff members on reception very friendly . Parking good and hotel looks nice . Would stay again .

Lovely place to relax and unwind
Pros:

Lovely old building in an attractive village, good location for exploring the area. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff - we asked for a room change and the receptionist went out of her way to help us .
Pleasant courtyard with comfy patio chairs for a relaxing drink n a warm summer evening.
Down side - on a sharp bend on a busy road, rooms facing the road get a lot of traffic noise

The cleanliness was disappointing, the stair and corridor carpets needed a good vacuum. The room television remote control was filthy and the grout around the bath/shower needed cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Nice hotel, good food, pleasant room. Only concern was mattress was very soft, however reception advised they are currently replacing all mattresses. If that’s the case then we would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I was staying one night before a training course nearby. Perfectly good for that. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable, I gave three stars for eco because I would like a recycling bin as well as a waste bin in the room? Maybe the recycle from the waste bin? Value for money here. This is the second time I have stayed.
