Disappointed in the room size and although the weather can’t be helped and was very sunny, this made the room very very hot unable to sleep and no air passed through

Central location , and set a little way back from main road.great sea view . The hotel was very clean and well kept. The young woman at breakfast service was very helpful. The cooked breakfast was very good, particularly the bacon.
No elevator. As an elderly person with mobility problems it would have been nice if I had been offered help with our luggage to the second floor. The coffee was very poor quality. It was not freshly brewed and was weak in the extreme. When you arrived for breakfast it sat ominously waiting for you in a vacuum jug ( as did the tea). Tea and coffee need to be served fresh or not at all!
Missed not having bread, butter or jam / marmalade available on the help yourself table . Also missed not having toaster available for self use.

The location was amazing, the room was adequate for our needs and the breakfast choice was good. We actually thought the hotel was a 4* rather than a 3*.
The shower was lovely but water leaked easily onto the bathroom floor making it slippy. There wasn't much room to move around the bed.

The hotel doesn't cater for guests. We could only get breakfast there, not evening meal, which wasn't clear on our booking.
