I loved the heated outdoor pool. I went for a nice night swim despite a chilly temperature in the air of 17 degrees. The beds were super comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud! They had a smart tv which was super handy and all around a great stay!
There was construction but that’s no fault of the hotel.

The pool was lovely and well kept.
The location, although easy access to highway, everything is under construction. The price per night was quite expensive also.
I booked via booking.con so they did not get my best western points added for my 5 nights stay :( which was not a good policy.
Since the booking was on booking.com the hotel was not able to add points to best western membership account on my 5 nights stay which does not benefit the customer. I would request for you can take this up with the hotel and arrange to add points on my stay in Quebec, thanks please let me know.

The room was clean and fresh.
Breakfast was a bit pricy.
Except that there was only one staff working on the day I checked in and there was a continuous line up.

I bit hard to access with a car because of all the construction in the area
