Noisy room but good location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was amazing, walkable to everything. Staff were really friendly. We could leave our bags before check in. Room was dark and dated but we didn’t mind, it had everything we needed, tv, mini bar, toiletries. Restaurant downstairs was always busy but we didn’t visit it.

Cons:

Constant slamming of doors, really loud due to inconsiderate guests I guess. Karaoke in the room above one night so hardly slept to be honest. The pillows were really flat and thin.

Fint men inte alls barnvänligt. Hade förväntat mig bättre efter att ha läst resentionerna.
Pros:

Historisk miljö och väldigt centralt på torget. Fin omgivning.

Cons:

Vi hade bokat rum för två vuxna och två barn men vi fick bara frukost till ett barn. Receptionisten påstod att det stod tydligt i bokningen men jag hittar ingen sådan information. Det står tydligt att det är bokat för 4 och ålder på barnen. Jag betalade extra på rummet för att få frukosten inkluderad. När problemet uppstod visade sig stora brister i kontakt hotell och resturang (i samma ingång, en trappa emellan). Frukost för vår fyraåring blev väldigt dyr. Ingen förståelse från hotellet och inget försök till lösning. En besvikelse. Rummet, ut mot torget, var såklart väldigt mottagligt för ljud utifrån med restauranger och barer utanför. Det förstod vi. Öronproppar fanns på hotellet.

Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen i kort avstand til severdigheter. Hotellrommet vendte ut mot hovedgaten og utesteder, så det var litt støy nattestid, men dette ble dempet når en lukket vinduene. Var 3 stk som delte et felles rom og det gikk fint, det var et romslig hotellrom med god takhøyde. Vi kunne bestille frokost i restauranten som var tilknyttet hotellet, men de hadde ikke frokostbuffet, kun à la carte, og vi endte opp med å spise frokost andre steder etter å ha spist der en gang.
