The staff don’t care. Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The room was large and beds quite comfortable and unusually there were two armchairs provided in the twin room this was great. The bathroom was fine. The location is central, however VERY noisy at Easter weekend, so if you stay ask for a room at the back if you don’t like noise. They provide earplugs in the room.

Cons:

Staff at reception totally disinterested in their guests. When we arrived the room stank of sewage. It was awful. I spoke to the receptionist about it and was told that it was because the room hadn’t been used for two or three days. There was no attempt to try to fix the issue, he said there wasn’t anything he could do. My sister and I dealt with it ourselves by pouring boiling water down the loo, shower, bidet and washbasin, then opening all the doors and windows to air the stink out. This should have been checked and sorted BEFORE we arrived. No one from the hotel even checked the next day if the room was ok, so I told him what we had done to sort the problem!
The coffee at the breakfast buffet was Nescafé! When fewer than 15 people are staying breakfast is served in the Georgian restaurant downstairs.
There was no proper lounge to meet in in the evening.

Didnt go there to come home and pay pest control to take care of my belongings.
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

Was bugs crawling on the bathroom and the dark brown floor was grey at areas. Tried wipeing over quickly to see with a wet paper and it was black from a minor wipe on the floor. Did expect more from a 4 star hotel. What i would expected from a 1-2 star.

Die Grösse der Zimmer und die Lage!

Cons:

Bei der Abfahrt um 7:30 Uhr keinen Cafe bekommen, weil das Restaurant erst um 08: 00 Uhr öffnet. Das geht garnicht!!!!

Lokalizacja na samym Dlugim Targu w pobliżu fontanny Neptuna, wszędzie blisko, pokoj klimatyczny w starej kamienicy. Idealny, jeśli szukasz tego typu lokalizacji z duszą.
Przede wszystkim przemiła obsługa. Kontakt jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Po przyjeździe od razu poczułam się jak w domu.
