Elegant hotel in the mountains with a stunning view of the Garda lake
Pros:

A great hotel with a calm atmosphere. Everything was just perfect - like a movie. Staff are fantastic, pool has guest towels, restaurant is really good and breakfast is amazing: omelettes made for you and pancakes + buffet and coffee server at the table. Go here for a romantic weekend and we will be so relaxed. Windy roads up to the hotel, but for a Norwegian - just normal.

Die Lage, der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr schön. Liegt etwas höher. Man sieht schön über den Gardasee.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Es wurde offenbar nicht regelmäßig kontrolliert, ob Speisen nachgefüllt werden müssen. Son stand beispielsweise ein Glas mit Walnüssen über mehrere Tage nahezu leer bzw. schließlich leer am Buffet, ohne aufgefüllt zu werden. Ich sprach die Kellnerin darauf an.

Auch Sauberkeit im Frühstücksbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Stühlen befanden sich wiederholt Brösel vom Vortag, zudem warenunter den Tischen Spinnweben, Schmutz sichtbar. Insgesamt wirkte das Buffet wenig gepflegt.
Während des Frühstücks wurden zudem immer wieder Katzen vom Personal gestreichelt, was ich im Bereich eines Buffests als unpassend empfand - Hygiene.

Wer den Pool nutzen möchte, muss zunächst die Rezeption informieren, damit dieser geöffnet wird.
Insgesamt stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht

Questo hotel non è solo un ottimo soggiorno ma una esperienza da consigliare. Sembra di essere in un sogno!!!!!!!! La struttura è a dir poco incantevole, camere dotate di ogni servizio pulite e meravigliose. lo staff eccezionale e premuroso, il relax è impagabile. Posizione eccezionale per visitare zone del lago di Garda, la vista mozzafiato. Il ristorante serve piatti molto curati e di alta qualità. Noi torneremo sicuramente

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr charmante Unterkunft mit viel Charakter. Tolles Gelände und eine Oase der Ruhe am trubeligen Gardasee! Freundliches Personal, guter Service und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Das Hotel kann nicht mit einem modernen Luxushotel verglichen werden, Möbel und Ausstattung passen zum historischen Gebäude. Aber uns hat es gefallen!
Man sollte vielleicht erwähnen, dass die Zimmer ohne Seeblick (wir hatten 2 verschiede, eines in der Villa und eines im Nebengebäude) relativ dunkel sind. Da es bei unserem Besuch sehr heiß war, hat es uns nicht gestört und den gemütlichen Charakter eher unterstrichen.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das Abendessen ist eher hochpreisig und von der Qualität durchwachsen.
Die Pastagerichte und der Fisch waren sehr gut, das Fleisch zu lange gebraten und leider trocken.
Bleibt zu erwähnen, dass einige Hunde im Hotel waren (und viele Katzen im Hotelpark unterwegs sind).
Auch Kinder sind hier willkommen, wobei trotzdem eine ruhige Atmosphäre herrschte und es Adults Only Bereiche im Garten gibt.
Die Beschwerden über die Liegen können wir nicht verstehen, sie wirkten alle neu und es gab stets ausreichend Liegenöglichkeiten.
Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

Cons:

Preis für einen alkoholfreien Cocktail lag bei 16 Euro, das fanden wir absolut überzogen.

Das Restaurant eine Katastrophe, das Rinderfilet nicht zu essen, zäh und faserig; das Frühstück auf das Zimmer wurde ohne Besteck und lieblos auf einem Tablett ohne Set serviert. Der Service ohne Kenntnis und völlig desinteressiert.
