Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
A very comfortable property, welcoming and warm. Room was generous and well appointed, lovely view out to garden. Breakfast was traditional and delicious
Was nothing to complain about
Excellent beds, food
Nothing
I was hiking through the area and needed a hot bath. Beautiful little Bed & Breakfast. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Will bring my wife next time.
We stayed here during a severe storm that hit Scotland. Staff was friendly, if proximity to the Glenfinnan Viaduct is important for you then this is the place to stay at, rooms are okay but very old and beaten, it was alright, but...
They were expecting power outages in this area. When we got there, we were told that there is a possibility that power will be down which meant no lights or water. It sounded weird, but we thought the inn won't be affected. About an hour after we arrived, unfortunately there was a power outage. This meant we didn't have any light (only our phones) and or water, so no toilet or shower. I can only assume that this was not the first time, so I didn't really understand why wouldn't they have a generator to provide backup power so there would be light and water. And at the very least, put battery powered lights in the rooms or candles, anything really. So, it was pretty disappointing, we got a few hours of sleep and got out extremely early. I was expecting at least partial refund due to this experience (at other accommodations affected by the power outage we were offered free cancellation for example), but we were offered nothing. I also feel that it is overpriced just because of its proximity to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, this was by far the most expensive accommodation we stayed at in Scotland.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially with the train schedule. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was nothing I didn’t like

The sisters who own and run the place could not have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and both have wicked senses of humour. To be welcomed with a dram was an unexpected and superb introduction. Breakfast was superb. Both my son and I really enjoyed our stay.
Absolutely nothing! I recommend Stage House
The welcome was fantastic, with a complimentary whiskey offered on arrival. We appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage before the check-in time and the kindness of the staff. We were also informed in advance that there are not many nearby options for dinner and that reservations are recommended, which was very helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The in-room facilities were great, and the bathroom was clean, nicely designed, and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect.
The price is slightly higher than expected for the overall experience
