Nicht gut und auch nicht empfehlenswert
Cons:

Ich hatte extra nach Hotel mit Shuttle gebucht vom und zum Flughafen und es gab beides nicht. Als Begründung wurde gesagt Fahrer hat Ferien bzw. keiner des Personal hat einen Führerschein, was ich sehr unprofessionell finde.

Pros:

Frühstück ab 4 Uhr in der Frühe. Das kam uns bei der Hitze absolut entgegen und wir konnten schon um 5 Uhr mit dem Motorrad los fahren. Klasse und ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt

מלון מצויין ללילה אחד לפני או אחרי טיסה משדה התעופה בבאזל.
Pros:

המלון נקי שקט וקרוב מאוד לשדה התעופה שבבאזל.
החדר נקי מיטה נוחה מזגן עובד מצויין במקלחת מים זורמים טוב.
הצוות נחמד ואדיב. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת בשירות עצמי טריה וטעימה החל מהשעה 04:00 לפנות בוקר. מיץ תפוזים לסחיטה עצמית במכונה. מיץ תפוחים ומיץ פירות ביו. תמונות מצורפות.

Cons:

הייתי שמחה עם היתה מכונת קפה בחדר
ומקרר.
כמו כן היה טוב אם היה שאטל לשדה התעופה גם אחרי השעה 07:00 בבוקר.

We thank the young lady who checked us in and provided excellent customer service and guidance.
Pros:

Ad showed shuttles but none available. The initial check in staff was friendly and helpful. The other one in PM shift was not familiar with customer services to put it politely.

Cons:

Shuttles service was not there and it’s different than the advertised message

Hôtel propre sympa et accueillant..attention aux animaux domestique je me suis fait piquer jusqu a deux heures (jusqu à ce que je la trouve dans le lit)du matin par une puce qui m a laissé des boursoufflurures et des douleurs sur tout le bras
