Pros:

Great location, bargain during F1 weekend.

Cons:

Quite run down, you wouldn’t stay here any other weekend outside of being there for an event and simply just needing a bed to sleep on. Also tried to cancel on me and would have got away with it if it weren’t for booking.com

Great location close to the City with secure parking and tram stop nearby
Pros:

Excellent location, perfect for us to walk to the Australian Open tennis and a local pub for dinner. Tram stop very close by which takes you into the City. Neat and clean with kitchen. Secure parking.

Cons:

Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Would be okay for a child.

Nothing. They cancelled my booking 2 hrs before I was to check in because of a change in management. This happened at the busiest times of January when I had booked weeks in advance.

Worst place! Skip it to save your nerves
Cons:

The room was completely disgusting, dirty, food on the walls, destroyed furniture etc., the worst place I have ever seen. Came in and 10 minutes later left the building. This place shouldn’t be listed on Booking. Now I am fighting for full refund as this is against any policy. The manager doesn’t reply.

Very dated rooms. Booked for 4 adults in one apartment and 3 in the other. The sofa beds were very old and uncomfortable. The bathrooms desperate need updating. The stains in the bath looks years old

Location great for Australian Open. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very worn out. Need of a good clean and refurbish. Gritty carpets, window area, in corners etc. Kitchen cabinet came off hinges and no repair whilst there.

Location was perfect for our venue MCG. 8 mins walk which was the best.

Location is convenient if you are heading to MCG. We had a one-night good stay.

Cons:

I received a message that my room was not available and re-funding will be given. However, The lady did apologise for confusion and welcomed us. Especially, when you are travelling from other state and see this message upon landing at airport. This was fixed immediately when we called the property.

Clean comfortable bedding kitchen mantained. For money good value.

The location and price are fantastic.Easy to access the city of melbourne from .Walking distance to gardens shops and restaurants. Close to public transport.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom needs a good scrub. The bath which you stand in to shower is very dirty . The sink and toilet need some ebow grease to clean them properly.
