Poor, stained couch, requested to wash own dishes, request for ground floor room ignored.

The location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

I requested a ground floor room. I was given a room on the second floor. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. I am recovering from spinal surgery and find it extremely difficult to climb stairs. I was virtually told 'too bad' by the person working at the reception desk. I pressed the button at the front door twice, then knocked at the front door twice before the glass door was opened. He would have seen me standing there. I interrupted his phone call !!

Location was great for the areas we needed to access

Cons:

On booking, I requested a ground floor unit, due to mobility, received unit on 2nd floor. One window was propped up against the blind, it wasn't in its track and wouldn't slide. Windows and tracks were dirty. Bathroom was very dated. Carpets were stained. Lounge was stained. Not enough crockery for two people

Cons:

Unit was very dated and not like the pictures as advertised. Opened the microwave to find the remains of a cooked chicken on a plate. The chicken had been in the microwave for a least the three days of my stay, not sure how long prior to that........

Passable, in the right circumstance.
Pros:

Great location, bargain during F1 weekend.

Cons:

Quite run down, you wouldn’t stay here any other weekend outside of being there for an event and simply just needing a bed to sleep on. Also tried to cancel on me and would have got away with it if it weren’t for booking.com

Great location close to the City with secure parking and tram stop nearby
Pros:

Excellent location, perfect for us to walk to the Australian Open tennis and a local pub for dinner. Tram stop very close by which takes you into the City. Neat and clean with kitchen. Secure parking.

Cons:

Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Would be okay for a child.

Worst place! Skip it to save your nerves
Cons:

The room was completely disgusting, dirty, food on the walls, destroyed furniture etc., the worst place I have ever seen. Came in and 10 minutes later left the building. This place shouldn’t be listed on Booking. Now I am fighting for full refund as this is against any policy. The manager doesn’t reply.
