Great hotel with a few minor hiccups
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely charming and in an excellent location. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was very nice, and the fact that there is convenient parking available.
Regarding the service, it was a bit of a mixed bag. When we arrived, the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. However, our departure left a bitter taste; the staff member at checkout wasn't very friendly, which was a disappointing way to end the trip.

One important thing to note: the room was freezing cold in the evening. We found out that the heating is centrally controlled and only turned on at a specific hour, meaning we couldn't take a shower comfortably until then.
