Sehr gut, kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage am See, man kann sehr viel zu Fuss erreichen. Saubere Zimmer und ein Pool im Garten.
Zweckmässige Zimmer und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter,

Cons:

Schade, viele Räumlichkeiten im Hotel werden nicht so richtig genutzt, wirken so ein bisschen verwaist.

Tolle Lage, ehrwürdiges Haus aber viel zu teuer für die Moon & Stars Saison

Das Castello Seeschloss ist ein ehrwürdiges älteres Hotel mit Charm und dem gewissen etwas. Direkt an der Seepromenade am Rande von Ascona liegt es sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben wirklich das allerletze Zimmer bekommen, und das war leider eher ein 3 Sterne Zimmer Basiszimmer als ein 4 Sterne Seeschloss Romantik Hotelzimmer. Wir haben für diesen Preis einfach etwas ganz anderes erwartet. Was ich natürlich sehr schade finde, ist, dass die Preise zum Moon &Stars derart in die Höhe getrieben werden, dass das Hotel den Anforderungen gar nicht nachkommen kann. Man fühlt sich etwas über den Tisch gezogen, leider. Also wir probieren nächstes Mal was anderes aus.

Ein wahrer Genuss

Wir sind am Tag vor dem Geburtstag meiner Frau angereist und haben nur das Datum auf dem Anmeldeformular angegeben. Der sehr nette Herr hat es sofort bemerkt und uns darauf gleich ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben. Beim ersten Frühstück am Geburtstag hat uns das Servicepersonal gefragt, ob es uns gut ginge. Sie hätten noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit von der Direktion. In einem Couvert wurde uns ein Gutschein für 2 Gläser Prosecco überreicht. Das hat sehr viel Stil. Und auch sonst waren die 2 Tage ein wahrer Genuss. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder zurückkommen.
