Great location but a bit pricy.
Pros:

Very convenient to work at the University. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

A bit noisy and breakfast is not included so it's a bit pricy by Spanish standards.

Reasonable value hotel, small rooms but clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel Gran Via is undergoing major refurbishment in the foyer of the hotel. It's currently noisy and distributive, the receptionist had no telephone service at one point. However its a reasonable priced, and the rooms are comfortable but on the small side.

Cons:

The noise during the day in reception. The poor receptionist had a temporary desk in the middle of the foyer surrounded by work men with drills. There was no warning of it either.

Buono ma sotto aspettative
Pros:

Posizione e stanza buone, non eccezionali ma comunque per il prezzo andava bene. Anche la colazione aveva il necessario.

Cons:

Le foto dell'hotel non rispecchiavano quello che abbiamo trovato, principalmente perchè tutto il piano terra era in restrutturazione. Non abbiamo trovato questa informazione precedentemente purtroppo. La colazione era sufficiente, non troppa scelta.
