Comfortable, functional & clean
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable with options of different furniture to facilitate work or leisure.
Although remotely checked in, the owners were welcoming & courteous.
The availability of a bath is a definite plus.

Great hotel, would book again
Pros:

Room was a good size for a family, the hotel is located in a nice area. Breakfast was lovely and the team who work there were really nice and friendly. We would definitely book again.

Cons:

Beds are a bit small, although comfortable. Not enough plug sockets in the room

Fantastic location, large comfy bed, excellent value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location, convenient for the train yet you couldn’t hear any trains from the hotel due to the trees and green space across from the hotel.
Also it had a large comfy bed.

Cons:

All aspects were at least adequate.

Nothing, I wasn't able to stay due to the staff saying I hadn't booked even when given your Booking number and reference, they couldn't even check the number you gave out. I had to cancel my stay even though I'd already paid you. I would like my money back.
