Great Staff, Few Facilities, Expensive
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice hotel room. Clean and very tidy. Near the slopes and village. Everything within walking distance.

Cons:

Paper cups in the rooms as mentioned in many previous reviews. No food available after 12.30pm during the week. Can be noisy at night due to neighbouring pubs with loud customers and music. Expensive for not many facilities.
We had a superior room but it was small. Kept banging into the TV on the wall at the bottom of the bed which had a very narrow space to get to the bathroom.

Pros:

Great location, breakfast, food and facilities. The hotel is very cozy and well made, it has everything you need for a ski vacation.

Cons:

The only downside , unfortunately not a small one is the internal noise insulation, we had hard time sleeping as you can hear anyone walking/talking/closing and opening doors in the corridor or on the upper floor . If it wasn’t for that its a 10/10.
