The hotel must have been nice 10/15 years ago.
Poorly maintained over time, clearly there is little money spent in maintenance: evident signs of wear and humidity everywhere in the room, bad smell included.
Breakfast looked OK at first but:
- dishes and cutlery were not clean
- quality of food was mediocre at best, I. Some instances (salame and bakery), really poor.

Hotel ist gut um Como und die umliegenden Städte zu besichtigen. Abends waren die Parkplätze stark genutzt weil diese auch von den Restaurant Gästen genutzt werden.
Das apricht natürlich auch dafür das dass Restaurant super ist!

Meget fint hotel, store værelser og dejlig senge.

Morgenmaden var ikke så god eller meget at vælge mellem.


Meget livlig sted, med lounge bar og mange unge mennesker der giver det liv natten lang.

Praktisch für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas zu «süss».
Der Aufzug erweckt nicht viel Vertrauen.

Common areas were very nice and worth of a 4-star hotel. The room was average. The bathroom was definitely not a 4-star hotel bathroom.

Breakfast was good.

Geen 4 sterren waardig.
Hebben bijbetaald om een wat fatsoenlijkere kamer te krijgen.
Die was iets beter maar ook niet veel goeds.
Vieze vlekken op de muren en kastdeuren.
Hotel is overduidelijk aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe.
Gelukkig verbleven we er maar 1 nachtje.

The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant.

Not Even Close to a Four-Star Hotel

When we tried to take a shower in the evening, we found that the drain was completely clogged. There was no shower curtain by the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere – and on top of that, the shower hose was leaking.

This was far below any acceptable standard, let alone what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to have four stars.

To make things worse, the receptionist’s only form of “compensation” was to offer a bottle of mineral water. Frankly, this felt both inadequate and almost insulting considering the situation.

On top of that, we paid €50 for breakfast for two adults and two children – a price that was absolutely not justified by the quality or selection offered.

This is simply not a four-star experience – not in terms of facilities, maintenance, food, or service. We strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

Gutes Hotel für Kurzübernachtung. Sehr gutes , reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr laut an Straßen kreuzung.

Personnel très gentil et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le café est extra. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de très bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel bien situé, pas loin de Côme..
