very friendly staff, big room

The hotel was excellent. Located in the main square, my room was towards the back so probably not as noisy as some (to be expected given the location). No air con (although that might be because I couldn't work it!) but not needed with a cool breeze through the balcony door. A nice sun deck on the roof. Breakfast was excellent

Hotel Juma was waiting for us at the end of our biking trip. We only stayed for one night but still enjoyed our time here. Our room and bathroom were of good size and well appointed. Staff at reception was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location, right at the corner of the town's main plaza. There are good restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Definitely a good hotel to stay at if you want to explore the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in Pollenca.

Sadly only had one night here but we loved this small, traditional hotel. It’s right on the main square of Pollensa old town and in a historic building which has been sensitively renovated. Our room was simple but clean, well maintained, spacious and even had a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent and service first class. Would happily return.

Evening meal in the beautiful plaza and chose the hotel Juma restaurant after strolling around the shops. Good food and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. Heaters if cool evening so can stay outside and soak up the atmosphere. Great for wat hing world go by.

Aunque la relación calidad-precio es razonable, la habitación no tiene nada de especial. Las vistas son bonitas, ya que la habitación que utilicé 203 da frente a la plaza del pueblo. No obstante, el descanso se ve afectado por el ruido tanto de la plaza como de otras habitaciones. Además, en esta la habitación escucha el ruido del ascensor cada vez que entra en funcionamiento. El aislamiento acústico de las ventanas es insuficiente, cada 15 minutos se oyen las campanas horarias del campanario situado junto al hotel.

Great central location on the main square. Clean, neat and tidy hotel. Great service. Good sized room. Good value for money. Would stay again.

A lovely hotel at a lovely location.

Superb stay, the hotel is in a fantastic location right on the main square. We couldn't quite believe it. Room is simple but spacious and perfectly clean. The staff were super helpful and kind over WhatsApp. Would stay again for sure.

We booked this hotel based on the many good reviews, plus its location right on the edge of the main square which had many restaurants & bars. Excellent location for the Sunday market. Parking is nearby around the corner. Lovely hotel with an elevator. Our room was very nice & clean. My only complaint was there was no water in the room & in order to get a small cup of water you had to go to reception on another floor at the water cooler. They should consider adding a bottle of water to each room. Breakfast was served right outside the hotel & was very good. Recommend

This hotel is an absolute gem and cannot be beat for location and historic charm! It is right on the main square in Pollensa, in a historic building. We met both the owner and manager (Joanna) who were so friendly and helpful. Our room's decor was beautiful and fitting for a 100+ year old hotel: lovely wooden bedframes, wardrobe and nightstands; nice prints on the wall; excellent bedding; wood shutters on the window. Plenty of modern touches though, with a good shower, wifi, reading lamps and a handy refrigerator.
Other lovely aspects of the hotel include beautiful decor in the reception area and a fantastic roof deck with a jacuzzi. (he views were stunning at sunset._ Breakfast was included and taken at the restaurant on the ground floor or outside; it was excellent and offered several good choices. All in all, Hotel Juma is a real find and an excellent place to stay!

Hotel Juma is a jewel. The location in the old town could not be better. The roof top with hot-tub is amazing, the room was immaculate, the staff were most helpful, not least with a one-day car hire, and as for Brasserie No. 8, that hosts breakfast ... incredible.

Allt var bra, men man ska vara beredd att bära väskorna några trappsteg innan man kommer till hissen. Familjär känsla och trevlig personal. Vi bodde i nyrenoverat stort rum mot det vackra torget. Badade jacuzzi i en fantastisk utsikt över alla hustak.

Whilst on holiday we had lunch one day sat outside the Hotel, lots of shade with the parasols which was great.
Our group ordered 4 cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and a avocado, cheese & tomato baguette.
The food was piping hot & very tasty, esp with the Alioli dip.
We also had soft drinks & 2 coffees and the bill was very treasonable.
Nice clean toilet facilities too, would eat here again if in the area.

The 4th time we have stayed for a long weekend cycling break. Fantastic service at all times, the friendly staff are always helpful and available and Joan is just a perfect host. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble for him. Thank you and see you again. 👍

This is the second time we have stayed in this Hotel and again we where not disappointed. The Hotel is right on the square in Polensa , a great location to see what is happening particularly in the evening because of its proximity to all the resturants.

Yes, I just spent four days here, and found the hotel excellent. The staff are friendly, and I had a quiet room on the side street. Breakfast was included and I had dinner there one night. An excellent location, and I would certainly recommend it.

Giving the difficult circumstances communication and preparation was excellent.

Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious! Pollença is a beautiful destination with a lot of spots to walk or swim!

Can't fault it - location was great, on the main square in Pollensa but my room (on the top floor) was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, room clean, Covid19 precautions very evident. Good value, nice staff. Nice to have breakfast on the square.
