Charmantes Hotel mit super Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Charmante Zimmer. Mitten in Pollenca. Herrliches frisch zubereitetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Müllabfuhr ist sehr laut und erledigt ihre Arbeit mitten in der Nacht. (Hat uns aber nicht gestört)

Great location, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts
Pros:

Hotel Juma is situated in a fantastic location, overlooking the main square of the old town.

The convenience of having lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep was particularly useful.

The quality and choice of the hot and cold breakfasts available at the hotel is fabulous and its’ own restaurant is a must as the staff are wonderful.

Onze (our favourite restaurant) across the square serve very delicious food and have a good choice of Mallorcan food and drinks.

Do also try Oh Vermut for very reasonable drinks and tapas.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ein schöner Blick auf den Platz und die Berge.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut abends und früh morgens. Die Müllabfuhr unter unseren Fenster kam gegen 06:30, Anlieferungen am frühen morgen. Die Fenster waren alt und hielten keinen Lärm ab. Bei Wind klapperten Fenster und Türen. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart.

Historischer Luxus für uns GR221 Wanderer
Pros:

Ein wunderbares historisches Hotel. Luxus für GR221 Wanderer, den man sich gönnen kann. Sehr fein zubereitetes Frühstück, das man auswählen mußte. Wir fanden die Möglichkeiten völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der beste Kaffee zum Frühstück auf der ganzen GR221 Wanderung! Es gab davon so viel man wollte.

Pros:

A nice historic building in the MIDDEL of Pollença. That's a good start. Arriving is a bit weird but a nice reception. Room was nice. Could be refreshened, then it would be great. People were of great help !

Cons:

Old buildings mean also not well isolated and a lot of noise in that matter. Hard bed, and door of bathroom was not closing well (we mentioned this to reception).

Loved location, history, vibe and atmosphere.
Pros:

N/a for breakfast. Wonderful location. Lovely staff. Great vibe. Very clean, loved that we were given beach towels to use at no extra cost. Loved the respect paid to the history of the hotel.

Cons:

Wardrobe and storage space too small. Information pack lacking. Who do I contact if I have a problem? Reception not always manned, no info if there’s a snag. Rooftop hot tub nice but needs an overhaul badly, flooring in poor condition.
