The hotel is right on the Plaza de España, a convenient hub location if visiting the top tourist sites in the center of old town Zaragoza (as well as ancient -town Zaragoza!)
One of the city's tourist offices is right across the square, and the efficient (although often crowded) "Tranvía" electric street runs through the plaza.
The rooms in this hotel are very small, there is no sugar coating that fact. But the room was clean, modern, and efficient.
Excellent staff, and dual elevators to get to guest rooms. I declined the in-hotel buffet breakfast, instead opting to eat at one of the numerous nearby restaurants/cafes.
Room had a good desk with chair, but there was no comfortable "sitting chair)

In spite of the drawbacks I will mention, based on seasonal room availability, this place is an adequate 3rd or 4th choice in central Zaragoza.
The bathroom had a strange odor, Probably the worst aspect to this stay was the platform shower whose base sat a good 7 or 8 inches above the bathroom floor, the opening to which was further encumbered by a two inch lip. Flimsy glass sliding doors "sort of" met in the corner, but did not manage to contain the water from the shower spray, leaving a puddle outside. I mentioned the steep platform of the shower base. Well, although I took great pains to exit carefully, I still almost stumbled.
Just outside the window next to the bed was a window with two sliding framed window panes. Outside the window was a metal platform for an exterior metal stairway. I was a bit horrified to notice the first time I returned to the room that, although the window was shut, the panes were not latched at all! Anyone on that exterior stair could have easily slid the window open and entered the room.
Well, perhaps the reason that staff had not latched the window was that it was a tricky operation. I had to carefully position the sliding panes, and jiggle the latch button to get each of the two panes to latch.
Excellent location, and Teresa at the front desk was very helpful during a medical emergency. She went out of her way to help us.

La ubicación es excelente así como su personal y las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno es básico pero no está mal.
El baño deja bastante que desear, la ducha es muy pequeña e incómoda con mitad cortina mitad mampara y no hay ningún tipo de mueble o balda donde apoyar nada en el baño.
La ubicación es espléndida, la recepcionista era simpática y el baño era grande

Desayuno pobre, de batalla. Mejor desayunar fuera. Hay sitios muy cerca para desayunar. El personal muy poco comunicativo y en la salida tuvimos que esperar más de 15 minutos sin nadie en recepción. Los interruptores de la luz de la habitación ubicados en el cabecero a la altura de la almohada hizo que se encendida la luz varias veces por la noche.
