Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile nel capirti visto la lingua italiana...struttura pulita e vicina al centro, 30 minuti di bus.
Posizione eccellente e poi fronte mare nulla da dire assolutamente.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la cercanía a la playa y que el apartamento tuviera todo el menaje que necesitábamos en cocina y habitaciones. Muy espacioso y limpio.

Cons:

No fue nada agradable el ruido nocturno. En la familia teníamos un bebé y el sabado por la noche se celebró una fiesta (muy ruidosa) en la terraza del hotel El Coso (pegada a nuestra terraza) que duró hasta tarde. Por otro lado la cercanía a los bares de copas de la marina si eran muy molestos hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Quizás si el cierre de ventanas de aluminio fuera mejor, el ruido de estos locales se podría aislar mucho más.

The lift wasn’t working, so we found the stairs a bit lingering, our coffee machine didn’t work, and the hi light of the room, the window was filthy, I even tried to clean it myself 🫩

Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean apartment.
Pros:

Location is amazing! Right on the beach, great restaurants and bars steps away. Very comfortable, spacious layout of the apartment, 2 washrooms for 4 adults was why I selected this place!

Cons:

Overall the apartment is very good, only 3 comments:
The hot water is a safety hazard, it is boiling hot and can quickly burn anyone, unsafe especially for kids to shower by themselves. They need to lower the temperature or at least have a caution sign indicating VERY HOT WATER.
And for the price, we expected a few basic supplies like tea/kitchen towels and oil, salt and pepper, and maybe beach towels.
The shower head in the main bedroom didn’t have a holder on the wall so you had to hold it in your hand for the whole bath.

L hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport à la plage

Cons:

Hôtel vétuste, notre chambre n a pas été nettoyée tous les jours. Nous devions avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer au final nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un "bocal" car seulement une toute petite ouverture et notre chambre était située au dessus du hall de l accueil de l hôtel avec vue sur les poubelles. L hôtesse fort désagréable a refusé de nous changer de chambre en prétextant que nous étions dans une chambre dite supérieure. De plus il y avait des énormes cafards au niveau de la zone d'accueil. Le personnel manquait cruellement de sympathie. Bref nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement !

Hotel bonito mas com coisas á rever.

O serviço do pequeno almoço muito mal gerido, as funcionárias não explicaram nada, nos nem sabiamos onde estavam as coisas, metade da comida estava num corredor que não estava á mostra e as serventes não explicaram nada ao que podiamos comer e onde ir buscar.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko na plażę oraz do knajpek i barów. Transport z lotniska zapewniony przez hotel na duży plus. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Widoku z okna nie było żadnego. Po odsłonięciu zasłony widać ścianę innego budynku 3 metry od okna, przez co cały czas zasłony były zasłonięte. Na zdjęciach na stronie hotelu widać co innego niż w rzeczywistości. Prześcieradło miało jakieś włosy innych ludzi. Trzeba było spać na jednej z pościeli.

Mai piu' booking. Strutture non veritiere

Cons:

C era scritto su booking che la finestra della stanza si affacciava sul cortile. Non veritiero. Finestre cieche, non c era un ricircolo d aria, non si vedeva il cielo. La sensazione di sentirsi in prigione.
Abbiamo avuto di domenica problemi con il condizionatorio, perdeva acqua, il tecnico sarebbe passato il lunedì. Per soppetire al disagio la recepsion ci ha dato un ventilatore sporco dinpolvere.
Ma il tardo pomeriggio del lunedì dal rientro dalla spiaggia non è passato nessuno e mio figlio è scivolato.
Il giorno dopo fino alle 12 abbiamo aspettato che ci cambiassero la stanza (mattinata persa). Peccato che partivamo il giorno dopo. 2 giorni e mezzo di disagio.
Per sopperire a quest altro disagio una cena offerta.
Ultima nota dolente, l ascensore c è ma i clienti non possono utilizzarlo.. su non c era scritto.
E fatti 2 piani con le valige e senza aria condizionata nei corridoio.
