Localização top, frente para a praia. Estação de metro em frente 200m, bom pequeno almoço. Camas confortáveis

Cons:

Quartos pequenos sem janela para o exterior, elevador não funciona e estavam em obras nas escadas. Falta de atenção de alguns dos funcionários, tendo em conta as características do hotel, com staff mais qualificado certamente faria a diferença na pontuação

Pros:

La atención y profesionalidad de los empleados.
La comodidad de la cama, incluso con almohada viscoelástica. Apenas se escuchaba ruido de otras habitaciones.

Cons:

Deberían arreglar el ascensor y al menos nuestro aire acondicionado parecía un poco justo de potencia y hacía mucho ruido.

We had booked for five people, but it turned out to be four people and we were a family. I have two young daughters. Their room was on the second floor, and ours was on the first floor. They couldn't sleep comfortably alone for a few days. They should have done this. My family should have been on one floor. The room was very good, but at first it was very bad. They gave us four beds. After a few hours, we put the little ones in the bed. We don't give beds to five or six year olds.

Al reservarlo pensábamos que el alojamiento estaba muy bien, pero fue una decepción tremenda cuando llegamos
Está bastante abandonada
No hay ascensor no es que esté estropeado es que directamente lo han condenado. Pero nadie te dice nada ni te ayudan a subir la maleta aunque seas mayor.
El armario no tenía ni barra ni perchas.
La caja fuerte no tenía llave y al pedirla en recepción dijeron que se había perdido y que no podían hacer nada que nos quedábamos sin caja fuerte, vaya!!! Además de malos modos
