Edificio histórico con habitaciones mejorables
Pros:

La ubicación, el edificio, el jardín, y el personal, son excelentes.

Cons:

La habitación doble estándar que tuvimos, en la planta baja del edificio principal, es inaceptable que se use como habitación: las ventanas dan a un patio en el que la gente se sienta a hablar y comprar un café, o a hacer una sesión fotográfica, como nos pasó a nosotros, con el fotógrafo y sus auxiliares sentados al lado de nuestra ventana desde temprano. Todos los ruidos de las escaleras y de la planta primera llegaban a la habitación. El hotel y el personal son excelentes, pero no deberían usarse habitaciones como la nuestra, es inaceptable.

Historical wonder
Pros:

Helpful and accommodating staff. Good location close to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Reception and the other iconic buildings of the historic quarter. The courtyard and the back gardens are enchanting. Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

The room windows open only to the interior court yard, so if you like to have the windows open you might want to ask for an upper floor or garden view rooms if those are available.

La cercanía con el centro. Y su jardín.

Cons:

El hotel se vende como cinco estrellas y no lo vale como tal. Toallas viejas. Te dicen que hay sauna y turco y el turco es un cuarto viejo pequeño que ni calienta. El desayuno buffet es pequeño. La televisión de la Suite Deluxe no iba. Todo huele a viejo y es entendible que sea un lugar con muchos años pero el olor debería tratarse. Calidad precio no lo vale. Aparte, escribí antes de reservar por aquí y me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y entro a booking y las tenían. El personal no te explica nada. El servicio NO ES DE UN HOTEL DE CINCO ESTRELLAS.

la Tv no le funcionaba el boton del volumen y como daba la calle la habitación con una vista muy hermosa pero a veces el ruido d ela calle no dejaba escuchar

Overall a very nice stay in a beautiful historic building
Pros:

The grounds were surprising and beautiful, with many places to sit and relax. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

For the quality of the hotel, the grout in the bathroom was dirty, and there was mold on the walls by the shower.
Breakfast was nice, but for tea drinkers, it was annoying to get a tiny cup of tea and always ask for a top off and a new tea bag. It would be nice to have teapots.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé au cœur de Cuenca. Suite spacieuse, dans un environnement calme, très confortable et chaleureuse. Literie de qualité et de nombreuses petites attentions du personnel (bouillottes dans le lit mises le soir, même s’il ne faisait pas froid dans la chambre c’est une attention agréable, un petit mot d’accueil à l’arrivée et un plateau de fruits). Le reste de l’hôtel est très beau aussi, excellent petit déjeuner et très bon restaurant. J’ai oublié quelque chose dans la chambre en partant, l’hôtel m’a rapidement prévenu et a organisé l’envoi de ce que j’avais oublié dans un autre hôtel où je devais séjourner. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, nous avons passé un superbe séjour

Excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Cuenca!
Pros:

Very clean, centrally located making getting around Cuenca a breeze, and the staff were extreme friendly, helpful and responsive (they’ll help you find a taxi, recommend great spots to eat and things to see, and the front desk was available essentially 24/7)

We had a minor issue with the flushing mechanism in our toilet and we told staff. They fixed it immediately!

Lo mejor de Cuenca a precio muy competitivo
Pros:

Una excelente relación calidad precio en la mejor ubicación de Cuenca. Instalaciones excelentes, ambiente colonial, muy buen servicio del personal y sobretodo en el front desk. Restaurante francés ofreciendo cocina muy buena a precio razonable con servicio excepcional (Andrés es muy profesional y simpático).
