Pros:

Molto comoda e in ottima posizione

Cons:

Il caffè e cappuccino decisamente migliorabili. I riscaldamenti in camera sono molto rumorosi soprattutto nelle roe notturne disturbano il riposo. Per un hotel di questo livello e a questi prezzi non ė molto tollerabile

Ottima posizione e buone camere.
Piccolo neo piastrelle del bagno sbeccate e un po’ lesionate, cose che in un 5 stelle non è ammissibile considerando il costo di circa 500/600 euro a notte.

Pros:

Solo 5 giorni e saremmo voluti rimanere più a lungo. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Tutto perfettamente in linea alle attese: spazi, arredi, intimità, supporto al confort, colazione a buffet al livello del la categoria della struttura. Dulcis in fundo, palestra una Spa & Pool inclusi nel prezzo da sogno. Piscina ampia con acqua calda, docce emozionali, Bagno turco, Sauna Finlandese, aree relax con frutta fresca e tisane.

This hotel is overrated and overpriced. Not corresponding to a 5 star resaurt.
Pros:

This property listed as a 5 starshotel does not deserve this label. It is a nice hotel but far away from 5 stars standards

Cons:

The blanket of the bed sofa were old and dirty. The bed sofa -highly priced- was truly uncomfortable. The restaurant was always fully booked and the staff was overwhelmed. The breakfast is truly standard. There are no safety lights at night in the bedroom. The staff is too junior.
