Kiváló elhelyezkedés, reptéri vonat és több metróvonal 5 percre, de gyalogosan is könnyen elérhetőek a főbb nevezetességek. Segítőkész személyzet, korábban be lehetett jelentkezni, illetve csomagjainkat a kijelentkezés után ott hagyhattuk az esti gép indulásáig. Választékos, minőségi reggeli, sok bio étellel. A központi elhelyezkedés ellenére kifejezetten csendes volt.

Die "Super-Zentrale Lage" hat es uns ermöglicht, das Auto meist stehen zu lassen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, man konnte das Fenster öffnen, was oft verhindert wird. Frühstück war sehr vielseitig

Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä mutta ylihintainen. Lisäksi varatessani hotelliyöt jäin siihen käsitykseen, että aamiainen kuului varaukseen, mutta paikanpäällä ilmeni, että minun piti maksaa aamiaiset erikseen.

Cons:

Minulle annettiin rullatuolia käyttävälle asiakkeelle tarkoitettu huone vaikka en käytä rullatuolia. Hotellin asiakaspalvelussa sain moitteita siitä, että en ilmoittanut saapuvani myöhässä hotelliin, vaikka olin maksanut kaikki yöt ennakkoon. Myöhästymiseni johtui siitä, että suora lentoni Eurowingsillä Berliinin laskeutuikin Hannoveriin ja saavuin Berliiniin vasta aamulla sen sijaan, että olisi tullut edellisenä iltana. Olisin toivonut raskaan matkan jälkeen empaattisempaa suhtautumista vastaanoton virkailijalta. Vaikutelma oli tyly ja kalsea.
