La atención del personal. El primer día que llegué fui a cenar al restaurante y se demoraron más de 1 hora para servirnos dos platos (una hamburguesa y una pasta), sin embargo lo grave no fue ello sino que al traerme la hamburguesa me la presentaron con todos los sachets encima de mi hamburguesa (completamente antihigiénico). Se lo comenté a la mesera y lo único que dijo fue que cocina tuvo la culpa. Al día siguiente se lo manifesté a la supervisora de turno en la noche y en vez de presentarse y poner buena cara, se acercó con cara de fastidio y a las justas y pidió disculpas, nos hizo sentir como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor al escucharnos. Es por eso que coloco este comentario, ya que errores los tiene cualquiera pero que encima de todo la supervisora atienda con poca disposición a un cliente y no sepa pedir disculpas como se debe, es inaceptable. Entiendo que estaban con bastante trabajo en restaurante, pero igual no es excusa para presentar el plato de esa manera y tampoco es excusa no saber disculparse. Finalmente, ese día salimos de noche y al bajar por las escaleras del frontis, había una manguera conectada que atravesaba las escaleras y estuvimos a punto de tropezarnos y tener un accidente horrible. No había ningún aviso ni letrero que prevenga de un accidente y encima era de noche. Tengo fotos de lo que menciono. La ubicación si bien está en pleno centro y cerca a todo, lamentablemente se ve peligrosa ya que hay mucha gente de mal vivir por la zona.

El mejor hotel . Si es de tres estrellas se los recomiendo muchisimo

Este hotel me encanta..dice tres estrellas pero la verdad es super cómodo, camas cómodas baño amplio.personal excelente servicio ubicación y buen precio.

Hace tiempo cambiaron a la persona del restaurante bar . La verdad no es muy ética. Le falta empatia.. una vez llegamos tomamos dos cervezas pero nunca nos explicó que cerrarían cocina. Cuando pedimos nos dijo que ya estaban cerrando cocina. Pero de muy mala manera y vimos como aunque faltara tie.po para cerrar no dejó entrar mas huéspedes y nos llevó la cuenta. Hace tiempo estaba una persona alegre super amable..pero ya can tres veces que vamos y esta esta nueva persona que no atiende bien. Es todo lo demás buenisimo
