Right in centre very convenient if you need to be in old part of town.
Parking is an issue
But the hotel is in a very good location and staff are very friendly and attentive
Could do with some basic hotelier training

It is always good . Food is tasty. Staff are excellent in service and response to genuine requirement.

The staff at the hotel did everything to make our stay excellent. We had a child with us and the manager waived the restaurant fee for her. They also allowed us a late checkout at 6:00pm on our last evening as our train didn't leave until 7:00pm. The room was so spacious and comfortable. If we needed anything, we just called housekeeping or room service and they responded literally within seconds. The hotel restaurant had a buffet for every meal and the food was pretty good. The manager helped us call a local cab to get to the Pavilion mall nearby and also recommended another good shop for children's clothing. Whenever we needed directions or anything, everybody bent over backwards to help us. We felt totally comfortable and catered to the whole time. It was Christmas time during our stay and the lobby was beautifully decorated with a big tree and it was so festive. The facilities were very elegant and tasteful. Especially we were grateful to the manager for all of his help at every turn during our four night stay!! Would recommend staying there to any friend and we will definitely return to this hotel if we ever have business in Ludhiana again.

It was good. I stayed in this hotel in room 506 for 3 days where as i have not be credited for 3 days in my account. Kindly check on it

I have still not recvd my bill for my stay though everything is paid as they had a problem with the printer and they said they would email it to me. Still not recvd it

HOTEL IS GOOD-BUT A FEW THINGS NEED IMPROVEMENT.WIFI IS NOT GOOD AT ALL-SEEMS TO WORK IN THE LOBBY ONLY AND AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT ON CONTINOUSLY

The guest rooms are comfortable and kept it neat. The rates are high compared to similar hotels. We were on a family trip to visit our daughter in Ludhiana. Our daughter was with us. We never used any extra bed. But unfortunately they charged for extra bed and break fast. The voucher clearly mentioned that additional bed charges will be upto the discretion of the hotel. The reception didn't allow to discuss our case. We were kept waiting for the last moment to get a decision on the additional charges and we had to leave to railway station . If the extra bed is charged, how can they charge for break fast.

주로 열리는 전시회 장에서 가까워서 좋은 반면에, 현재 이 지역은 재건축 지역이라 다소 깔끔하지 못한 느낌이 있습니다. (달리 표현하면 재건축지역이라, 차들이랑 사람이 마구 뒤섞여서 다니고 있습니다. 재건축이 끝나면 교통도 좀 정리될듯한데.. 언제 끝날지..
동료가 묶고 있는 호텔에 가봤는데, 좀 멀더라도 정말 조용하고 거리도 깔끔하더군요. 단, 거리가 멀다는게 단점.)
시티하트 호텔의 내부는 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 부페도 깔끔하고, 호텔 직원들도 모두 친절합니다. 결론을 내자면 개인적으로는 괜찮다는 생각이 듭니다. 가격도 좀 싸고..
