Excellent Facilities: The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, electric stove, and basic kitchenware, which made the stay very convenient.
Prime Location: Very close to the BTS/MRT station, making commuting incredibly easy.
Cleanliness & Service: The bathroom was spotless. Most importantly, the staff were polite, kind, and very responsive whenever I reached out for help.
Room Condition: Some decorations felt dated. Despite having a kitchen area, some essential utensils were missing, and there were no chairs provided in the room. The wardrobe was also not as clean as expected.
Comfort Issues: Both the mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.
The Lighting Glitch: This was the biggest issue. Even though I was upgraded (which I initially appreciated), the electrical system was faulty. Every 2-3 hours after turning the lights off, they would automatically switch back on throughout the whole room.
Resolution Time: I had to sleep with the lights on for 3 nights. I reported the issue 3 times before I was finally moved to a new room.
The location was great. Very close to the subway. And the cost was good value. The bbq in the building is not worth trying. Washer was fantastic to use for our clothes. Great water pressure and hot water! Daily room cleaning service was great. Towels and bedding changed EVERYDAY. One day we used do not disturb to sleep in and they left fresh towels and water in a bag at the door. Amazing service. The room attendant noticed us leaving so she said she would go in and clean anyway.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did ask for more pillows and they were provided but just generally not good. The light fixtures are extremely dusty. EXTREMELY. This amount of dust doesn’t build up over night.

Every time I visit Korea I always stay here cause it has good location just 2 mins from Gamgnam station and hotel has own kitchen and washing machine. Hotel has bedroom and living room separately that’s I like about and clean comfortable hotel and friendly staff plus good breakfast buffet. Love here . Thank you for your hospitality

Good location, good facilites. Friendly staff. Breakfast was also good, mix of Korean and western options.
Building and decor is a little dated. Coffee in the room would have been nice.
The buffet breakfast was tasty with good variety and reasonably priced. There is also a Korean grill restaurant in the hotel where we enjoyed a good meal one evening.
The staff were always helpful and responsive. The fridge in our kitchen area was the largest I've ever seen in a hotel and more than adequate. There was plenty of wardrobe space with good hangers provided, also a good amount of drawers and storage space. Also, no shortage of mirrors.
The location was excellent with many food choices within 5 minutes' walk. Also within 5 or 6 minutes' walk were Gangnam-Daero (main road through Gangnam area), Gangnam subway station and the bus stop for the 6009 luxury bus (costing only 18,000 Korean Won) direct to Incheon international airport.
It was a comfortable and pleasant stay on the whole
The central heating was rather warm and apparently controlled centrally. However, we were able to open the bedroom windows to let in cool air.
The light switches for multiple lights took a bit of getting used to.
We were there for 9 days and on two of those days could smell cigarette smoke in our bedroom. It appeared to be coming through a vent in our bathroom. Fortunately, the offending guest moved out after 2 days so there was no further problem. In general, the hotel staff responded positively when any issues were raised.

The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Gangnam subway station exit 5. There was a smoking station on the way, so mask-wearing is recommended if you're travelling with children.
The shower drainage clogs regularly, flooding the rest of the bathroom area. We called the maintenance person, and it only worked for a couple of days, so we had to run the water sparingly to let the water drain... There was mould growing on every corner of the bathroom. The washer's dry setting is too hot, causing the laundry to shrink... You may want to run the bathroom fan and range hood fan if you decide to airdry your laundry. The cleaning lady only advised that I could have asked for a drying rack when I checked out. We stayed there for 15 days...
