Lovely spacious rooms, clean and helpful staff. Great wifi and really comfy beds.
The gym was not great - poorly equipped with no AC and the location was a little bit out of reach of the main tourist spots (mostly north of the river) which are about 30 mins away by bus / metro.

Excellent hotel
10/10! The hotel is in a great location in Gangnam, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. A big plus is the combined washing and drying machine in the room, which is extremely convenient. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of food. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring Gangnam and Seoul. I would definitely stay here again!
One thing that should be improved
The only thing we did not like was the key-card system for the elevators and stairwell doors. All elevators and the stairwell doors require a room key card. Every guest should be given their own key card as standard.
We were three guests but received only two key cards. If one person takes the stairs without a key card, they can get stuck in the stairwell and are unable to access the hotel floors. This is something you simply do not expect in a hotel and it can be very inconvenient. Each guest should automatically receive their own key card.
