Pros:

The hotel's in a great location and the pool and hot tub are great for families. The room is large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the gentleman who works the night shift was very accommodating unlike the other staff.

Cons:

The front desk staff never seem to be at the front desk when needed. And, both first and second shift are very rude.

The location was good

Cons:

The pool was way too small. The sink clogged easily. The beds are super uncomfortable. Breakfast ran out quick and the lines were long.

Perfect
Pros:

My second stay here and will not be my last. This places location is great and I love the clean smell soon as the door opens. The staff is great and so friendly. We had the mini suite with a living area and bedroom area with king bed and absolutely love it. I definitely recommend Springhill and cant wait to stay again
