Große Zimmer, sauber, freundliches Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Nur 2 Aufzüge für das ganze Hotel und auch für das Personal. Längere warte Zeiten am Aufzug.

Постель меняли каждый день.Близко к пляжу.Свежевыжатый сок на завтрок!!!!!Капучино с Арарата.

Cons:

Завтрак один и то же.Помидоры огурцы салатов на завтрак не было.В номере не было чайника. И воды для 4 звезд роль играет

Excelente ubicación, el personal en general muy amable desde la llegada hasta la salida, el desayuno muy bueno y con excelente rango horario!

A good hotel with minor drawbacks.
Pros:

Great location in Copacabana. Very friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel too early to check in, but they allowed us to store our luggage in a secure room, so we could explore the area without it. Breakfast also includes regional dishes.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were only enough towels for two people instead of three, and it took several days for the third towel to arrive. The sauna on the rooftop terrace was uninviting and didn't work. The rooftop pool was very dirty when we arrived, but it was cleaned at one point. The cascade in the whirlpool didn't work. Not all the staff speak English.

Gostei, voltaria e recomendo esse hotel.
Pros:

Vendo as últimas avaliações fiquei um pouco receosa com o que iria encontrar mas me surpreendi positivamente. Nosso quarto era reformado, agradável, espaçoso, cama boa, pia grande, chuveiro bom, forte e quente, fácil de regular.
Café da manhã muito bom, tinha pão de queijo, opções de bolos, pães, suco natural, iogurte, frutas, ovos mexidos, etc.
Localização muito boa, muitas opções de lanchonetes, restaurantes; mercados, lojas diversas, bem próximo da praia e de pontos turísticos com fácil acesso a pé ou uber.
Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Por ser quarto standard, não tinha vista, janela voltada para as unidades externas de ar condicionado o que gerava barulho que ficava mais perceptível a noite, durante o sono, incomodando um tanto pra dormir. Tive problemas com o controle do ar condicionado e da TV, mas tive assistência dos funcionários sempre que solicitado.
Senti falta de luz mais clara no quarto e de tomadas ao lado das camas para carregar os celulares, mas tinha no banheiro e ao lado do balcão da TV.
No geral foi uma experiência muito boa e recomendo. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel, mas daria preferência a um quarto mais silencioso.

🇨🇴Muy bien ubicado, queda a dos cuadras de la playa de copacabana, sus habitaciones son más amplias de lo que se ve en las fotos, el desayuno es muy rico y el personal muy colaborador, ellos mismos ofrecen tours (yo recomiendo el de buzios)

Cons:

La piscina es mucho más pequeña, si están buscando hotel por la piscina este no lo recomiendo mucho, es muy pequeña
