We had a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

We were right beside the water way. Nice sitting area out the back door. Short walk to the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Big living room with great wifi and cable. Quiet area and not too busy in January.

Cons:

Bed needs a new mattress. The pillows were hard so Good thing that I brought some of my own. Had to pay for laundry.

Perfection with a laid back vibe. I felt so rested after my stay.
Pros:

Westwinds is in a beautiful and central location. Our condo was spotless and so well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. Equally, my daughters condo was well equipped and comfortable with grest views. Her condo had a strong aroma when we first entered it but Chad sorted the issue. We loved our mini vacation to Westwinds so much so that we extended our stay. Chad is so helpful and responded Immediately and sorted a TV issue. We will only stay at Westwinds when visiting Treasure Island. This was our 3rd visit

Cons:

A suggestion for 1st floor condos is to have high door locks front and back. My naughty shortie grandchildren aged 2 and 4 made a few escape attempts.

Beautiful views. Great Pool. Great Location. Clean and Comfortable.
Pros:

Fantastic units. The 3rd floor two bedroom was a little more dated but it was still very clean and in good shape, and very comfortable. The first floor 1 bedroom was all new likely due to previous hurricane flooding. Both units were great and spacious.

Cons:

The dishwasher drain was clogged on our third floor unit. I wouldn't call it the owner's fault though. It would be nice if there were some form of early free cancellation/modification. We were going for a declining cancer patient. We ended up paying for a second night we knew ahead that we wouldn't use on one of the units.

Lovely property would stay again if could get better view

The lift didn’t work we understand why but being seniors taking luggage up 2 flights of stairs was tough. No view we had anticipated either canal/sea view had neither
