Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
There were little repairs that needed to be done in the room. One of the dresser drawers would not stay shut. The closet door would not shut all the way. The shower curtain rod was hung too high so that the curtain was too short which allowed water to leak on the floor as you showered. All of these repairs were small and one would think that they could be easily done in a short amount of time. Were these a game changer for us? No. I was just very surprised as o have stayed in several Fairfield Inns and they were in much better condition. Even the breakfasts were better in the other Fairfield Inns we had stayed in.
Location was very near the medical facility where my appt was scheduled.
The stafff, good breakfast, indoor pool.
The pool water was cold. The hotel is outdated.
Closed before 7 pm. No information stating there isn't office help after 7 pm. Stole my money. There is nothing to like about the property. The person standing on the other side of the door laughing at me and refusing to open the door and literally lied should be fired.

First MS Cora Greeting was Outstanding!! We met like we were old Friends and she had my room ready and made me and my family so Welcome...Awesome.... The Breakfast was Wonderful...and they even had Hot Cocoa and that Bacon when you are it...it made you want to Slap somebody.. Lol😅 I will be returning and hope to get Rm#415 again!! Thank you the hold Staff was wonderful!

Last morning food service lacking: out of coffee, warm food, even napkins and hotel receptionist working over 20 hrs and did not want to replenish breakfast supplies as he was covering kitchen/ dining facilities.

Bed, actually the whole room was wearing out. One phone was missing. There were no USB outlets in which to charge a phone. Some lamps were not plugged in to outlets. Room was dingy. Wifi was very week and would not stay connected. I stayed in rm 431
I CALLED YOU BOOKING .COM INFORMED THAT RESERVATION WAS A GIFT FOR FRIENDS WHO GET MARRIED. AND THE HOTEL CAN NOT ALLOW THEM TO STAY BECAUSE THEY ARE SOLD OUT (they said)
APPARENTLY WAS BOOKING.COM MISTAKE. THATS WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY SAID SO MY FRIENDS STAY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR A RIDE BACK
TO THEIR HOME. THE NIGHT OF THEIR WEDDING.. SO I NEED MY MONEY BACK !!! And by the way they send me a receipt like my friends stay the NIGHT. WICH ITS NOT TRUE AT ALL. PLEASE SOME ONE CAN INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPEND !!! Honestly was very disappointed
