A total disaster. New person at the desk was completely overwhelmed with no help.

Cons:

The whole experience was a disaster. The room we were supposed to be in was occupied. The room they put us in did not have a mattress or tv. The drawers were on the floor. There were no more rooms available. We had to stay in the room with our daughter and 3 grandkids because we had driven down together. Multiple people were complaining about dirty linens and rooms. One lady was booked into a room that was already occupied.

Great place for weary travelers.
Pros:

Very clean. Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

Cons:

The breakfast service, which was included, was inconsistent. The first morning it was exceptional, then the last morning it was not. Such a stark contrast-the food served on the last morning was minimal. You couldn’t say they didn’t give breakfast, but it was such a contrast to the breakfast. They served the day before that it was disappointing. In their defense, though, I believe they were short staffed as the front desk lady was working in the kitchen, trying to get everything out. It was not a dealbreaker as I would venture to say it was probably due to short handedness. In every other way, this hotel is exceptional.

The room was good, bed was comfy, climate was great.

Worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel.

Outside the room like the main hallways in the main lobby were sticky and dirty. I was just not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.
