With how the room was I don't think it was worth the $140 I spent for a night
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

The ptac ac unit leaked water all over the carpet. You couldn't walk over by the window without splashing into water on the carpet. The condensate was either plugged up or the evaporator was frozen over. AC would short cycle and run for under 2 minutes. The bed was uncomfortable. One side was firm the other you sunk into. I was afraid I was going to tear the shower head off the wall cause it was hard to adjust. The faucet in the shower was bearly screwed into the wall as well. The stopper in the bathtub was messed up.

Clean hotel POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT
Pros:

The location was great to where I was traveling each day.

Cons:

I made the staff aware the night I checked in that the fridge didn’t work. So the food I brought in had to be trashed. Next evening nothing no repair or replacement . Spoke with another staff who ASSURED me it would be taken care of. Purchased more food came back that evening NOTHING DONE!!! Requested contact information of manager. I was told only can email. I emailed Nubian Medina 2 times with not 1 response. This is totally unacceptable!!! . I’ve attended this conference for 3yrs and stayed here for 2 yrs 6 days/ 5 night stay. Paid over $500 for poor service…..They WILL NOT have my business !!

Clean, Nice had a couch and cute seating area in the room.

Cons:

Beds were HORRIBLE.
They have indentions in the mattress and you can feel the springs. If you try to sleep on a side there is a massive "pushed up part" so you have to sleep on the springs which puts you on the edge of the bed.
A/C was not working very well and fridge was turned on but not even cold.

Cons:

We got in pretty late. I had a fan. I called the front desk to see if they sold fans and the lady said no, but she would look and see if they had an extra one laying around and she would call me back about two minutes later there is a knock on our door and she brought a fan to me. We loved that the shower had a place to sit if you wanted to sit..

Pros:

We love staying here when we come to Tulsa it’s always clean good area close to eating places and walmart and the mall. We loved the room with the Balcony and the staff is very friendly

Cons:

That the Breakfast isn’t free and the rooms don’t have a microwave and the indoor pool could be a little warmer

Pros:

They filled in the hot tub. One of the main reasons I stayed t. Was supposed to be a great weekend with my wife. She drove 2 hours to see me. The tv was messed up. And no free breakfast. Never again.
