Great hotel at the edge of the historical centre with parking
Pros:

The breakfast was great, it was just outside the city walls and the parking garage under the hotel (which was paid) was a bonus. It's a bit of a long walk from the beach and the train station but that did not concern us. The shopping street of Fano is across the road from the hotel and it has great boutiques.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy as it is on the main road at a main intersection, but the windows blocked out 95% of the noise, it didn't bother us too much.

A Fano per la Half Collemarathon.
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, sia per la zona centrale di Fano, sia per il mare. L'accoglienza è stata super, con tanto di colazione anticipata per coloro che partecipavano alla maratona. La colazione era molto ricca. La camera spaziosissima, il letto comodo e il bagno pulito, fornito di tutto e accogliente. Sicuramente tornerei in questo hotel. Tra l'altro c'era un parcheggio interno per gli ospiti ad un prezzo consono.

Pros:

La camera, bella e spaziosa. C’era tutto anche come set di cortesia per il bagno e bollitore in camera per tisane e altro.Gentilezza di tutto lo staff e colazione con prodotti fatti artigianalmente. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Very comfortable , clean and relaxing night.
Pros:

Very friendly welcoming and helpful front desk. Great location. Lovely room . Tea making facility. Comfortable bed. Bath . We were upgraded. Lift. Recommend archeological tour as suggested by hotel - Manuela , guide, was fabulous.

A very stylish room!
Pros:

This was a great hotel to stay at and very stylish. From the friendly staff on reception, to the comfort of the room and the choices at breakfast. The location was great, just outside the city walls, but within walking distance of the city sites and the beach. The bathroom was a good size and included a bath. There was lots of storage space. The room also had a private balcony with seating.

Cons:

Everything was good, I would have liked to have some green tea or other settling herbal teas in the pack that was available in the room. But it's not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Ontbijt was 5 star, hetgeen dus uitsteekt boven de rest van het hotel.

Cons:

Meglio volare più bassi, non siete un Kempinski.
Pros:

Il personale che ci ha accolto alla mattina per la colazione ed il check out, simpatico e disponibile.

Cons:

Quando vedo un cartello con scritto “vietato l’accesso agli animali”, parto già con il piede sbagliato. L’hotel è tappezzato di avvisi intimidatori relativi a vari divieti: ad esempio, premetto che non fumo, ma trovo eccessivo quello sul divieto di fumo anche sui balconi. Oppure l’avviso sul minibar a pagamento: comprensibile per le bibite (che, peraltro, non c’erano), ma non per l’acqua, soprattutto se non viene fornita gratuitamente in camera.

Quanto al receptionist che ci ha accolto la sera… dire che era minimalista è dir poco. Le informazioni venivano date col contagocce, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il garage. Al rientro dalla cena, dopo aver parcheggiato, citofoniamo per accedere all’hotel; al terzo tentativo decido di chiamare per farmi aprire. La porta, però, non si apre. A quel punto il receptionist scende in garage e, con fare strafottente e un sorrisino di scherno, ci mostra che la porta si poteva aprire con la card della camera, sventolandocela davanti come per dire: “Visto, imbecilli?”. Considerata la quantità di cartelli presenti, avrebbero potuto aggiungerne uno anche per indicare come aprire la porta del garage.

Dimenticavo: un unico set di cuscini, peraltro bassissimi, e il letto rifatto come si faceva negli anni ’70. Molto spazio in camera, ma sfruttato male: niente poggiavaligie e nessun porta-asciugamani vicino al bidet. Suggerisco ai titolari un corso di aggiornamento.
