Gewoon prima, efficient, prettig, goede locatie om oude stad in te lopen.
Pros:

Ontbijt was 5 star, hetgeen dus uitsteekt boven de rest van het hotel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Parkeren is niet (zo) eenvoudig (weinig plekken).

Meglio volare più bassi, non siete un Kempinski.
Pros:

Il personale che ci ha accolto alla mattina per la colazione ed il check out, simpatico e disponibile.

Cons:

Quando vedo un cartello con scritto “vietato l’accesso agli animali”, parto già con il piede sbagliato. L’hotel è tappezzato di avvisi intimidatori relativi a vari divieti: ad esempio, premetto che non fumo, ma trovo eccessivo quello sul divieto di fumo anche sui balconi. Oppure l’avviso sul minibar a pagamento: comprensibile per le bibite (che, peraltro, non c’erano), ma non per l’acqua, soprattutto se non viene fornita gratuitamente in camera.

Quanto al receptionist che ci ha accolto la sera… dire che era minimalista è dir poco. Le informazioni venivano date col contagocce, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il garage. Al rientro dalla cena, dopo aver parcheggiato, citofoniamo per accedere all’hotel; al terzo tentativo decido di chiamare per farmi aprire. La porta, però, non si apre. A quel punto il receptionist scende in garage e, con fare strafottente e un sorrisino di scherno, ci mostra che la porta si poteva aprire con la card della camera, sventolandocela davanti come per dire: “Visto, imbecilli?”. Considerata la quantità di cartelli presenti, avrebbero potuto aggiungerne uno anche per indicare come aprire la porta del garage.

Dimenticavo: un unico set di cuscini, peraltro bassissimi, e il letto rifatto come si faceva negli anni ’70. Molto spazio in camera, ma sfruttato male: niente poggiavaligie e nessun porta-asciugamani vicino al bidet. Suggerisco ai titolari un corso di aggiornamento.

Hotel di classe a ridosso del Centro Storico.
Pros:

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico. Camere davvero accoglienti, ben arredate e pulitissime. Personale disponibile e competente. Colazione con tanti prodotti di qualità.
