NON EVENT:CANCELLED BY HOTEL.
Pros:

HOTEL CANCELLED OUR BOOKING DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM,THEY SHOULD HAVE HONOURED THE BOOKING AT THEIR QUOTED/BOOKED PRICE.
DEEPLY DISSATISFIED THAT THEIR MISTAKE/FAULT WAS NOT HONOURED.

I WAS FLYING THE NEXT DAY TO TRESCO HAVING ARRIVED BY TRAIN FROM HAMPSHIRE, THE POSITION WAS PERFECT

Pros:

One of windows looked over the Bay and the other up to the town. Staff were friendly and it’s a good location for both the town and the beach.

Cons:

Car parking and breakfast are not included, but there’s a good complimentary coffee machine.

Comfortable hotel only a short distance from the centre of town, expensive extras normally included.
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, comfortable room with tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included and was prohibitively expensive , £17.50 from memory , so I went into town to eat.
Charged for a parking overnight.

Comfortable accommodation ( beware the hill!)
Pros:

A comfortable hotel albeit a little quirky.
Choose a room with a sea view, you won’t be disappointed.
The full Cornish breakfast was very good.
There’s limited parking

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, amazing food at dinner and great views
Pros:

Bedroom was decorated lovely, absolutely stunning views of the harbour and town.

Cons:

Bathroom had a few aspects … toilet didn’t stop dripping and under the non slip shower mat was damp/mildew stains & a rusty chip in the bath enamel.

Comfortable hotel in convenient location with lovely views across the harbou.
Pros:

Good sized comfortable room with all amenities. Up-to-date bathroom with good shower, though sink plug was broken.

Cons:

Parts of the communal areas were a bit 'tired'.

Cons:

Issues with check in and staff were never really at the desk...there's a number to call but a bit difficult if you're from outside the UK and don't have a local phone. A few other things that made my stay less than ideal. Unfortunately there was an uncomfortable altercation between the staff and another guest in the room next to mine as I was trying to get to my room for the evening. The end result was that I didn't feel comfortable as a solo female on my last evening. Lastly, it seems like smoke from guests smoking in an adjacent or upstairs room came into my room via the bathroom fan exhaust, making the entire room smell.
