Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick aufs Wasser. Sehr gute Matratzen. Habe wunderbar geschlafen. Eine zweite freie Steckdose am Bett wäre empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Parkplatz im Preis enthalten, tolles Frühstück. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den großartigen Service - von der Rezeption, über das Restaurant bis hin zum Zimmerservice. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Vielen Dank!

Gutes Hotel unweit vom Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick, der ansprechende SPA Bereich, die Sauberkeit und Atmosphäre haben wir sehr gut und der Ankündigung entsprechend gefallen

Cons:

Ich war doch sehr enttäuscht, dass trotz Ankündigung und nochmaliger Ansprache an der Rezeption zu einem runden Geburtstag während des Aufenthaltes kein Blümchen beim Frühstück, keine Erwähnung/Grußkarte oder Flasche Sekt von Seiten des Hotels als Aufmerksamkeit erbracht wurde. Das kenne ich selbst von einfacheren Unterkünften anders.
