Pros:

地理位置尚好，有方便的公交车，附近不远就是加油站+便利店，步行10分钟可以到麦当劳和当地的商场。
每天都有员工清洁室内卫生及做日常维护。

Cons:

无早餐，房间的基础设置比较新，但是只有一个小冰箱，缺少热水壶微波炉之类的电器，室内灯光不适合办公。
价格高，有Wifi但是信号不太稳定；有洗衣机，烘干机但是没有洗衣液，且机器很脏。
