Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location and the hotel was immaculately clean. Room decor was really nice and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Only criticism was the water pressure in the shower could be better.

Pros:

Easy parking plenty of restaurant and pubs nearby

Cons:

Top floor room no lift. Very bouncy uncomfortable small bed. Very hot in the bedroom. Their stove wasn't working so full English breakfast not available

1st time in Southsea
Pros:

Close to beach and a lovely big park. Bus stop outside hotel, very handy to get to gunwharf keys. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfy and clean. Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were really friendly loved the jacuzzi bath and the bed was really comfortable.
The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem warm. Obwohl das Fenster geöffnet war, gab es keine Abkühlung und an schlafen kaum zu denken. Es gab viele Mängel - von Macken in der Tapete bis hin zum Brett an der Dusche, das locker ist- im Zimmer, die behoben werden müssen. Ausserdem viele Flecken im Flurteppich. Weiterhin konnte man morgens die Küchengerüche im Zimmer (2. Etage) riechen. Es gibt einiges an Renovierungsstau.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and although there was a heatwave we were comfortable with the window open and using the fan provided. Breakfast was lovely. Had a good nights sleep.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated but for the price paid absolutely acceptable. Small repair needed to floor next to the bedside. We were on the ground floor and got woken once by another resident returning to their room.
