Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut.
Die Zimmer waren vielleicht mal chic, unser Zimmer war total angeranzt. Der Boden klebte, das Bett hatte unter herum Flecken, die Wand auch. Das Bad war echt nicht ok. Kaputte Klobrille, Badewanne mit aufgequollener Holzverkleidung. Unsere Tochter hatte ein Zimmer nebenan und hier sah es etwas besser aus, aber auch nicht gut. Beim Frühstück waren zu mindeste unser Tisch als auch das Besteck nicht sauber, sowas geht leider gaaaar nicht. Wir waren vorher in Brighton in einem Hotel der gleichen Preisklasse, es liegen Welten zwischen Sauberkeit und somit Wohlfühlfaktor. Ehrlich gesagt muss hier dringend etwas getan werden und die Fotos online sind alt und die Bewertungen ein Rätsel.

Location was good
Rooms were poorly soundproofed (don’t want to hear people having intercourse), room was cold with heating not working properly. Bed was not comfy. Room was run-down. Breakfast was bad.
Breakfast food was good, but staff poor, there was no one to greet us and show us to a table or explain their system. No one spotted us, until we made ourselves known and the waitress seemed very confused with orders she brought out.
Breakfast procedure
We have stayed there many times as the beds are very comfortable and there is parking outside and on the street very safe place a nice lake to walk around accross the road even go for a swim if you are like my wife and swim any time of the year.And the breakfast full english you dont have to eat again till the evening its fantasic wayne
Nothing all the bedroom are differant like the beds from normall type to Heart shape beds even a hot tub in one bathroom wayne
Room in the attic, small and compact, long way up the stairs! Cold room, wind coming through the window. Nice towels and toiletries, sloping roof difficult when showering. Breakfast average, they forgot us, so took ages to finally get anything. Staff pleasant but not overly friendly. Reported bedside light didn't work when we left & they weren't bothered at all, we were just advising, not complaining! We got parked on the drive, but there were plenty in the road with a free permit. 15 minutes to the theatre, plenty of places to eat/drink around.

Parking outside. Great location to King's theatre, bars and restaurants on route. Clean, nice towels and toiletries.
Top Floor, alot of stairs. Cold room. Shower sloping ceiling, not good for 6ft 4 husband. Small room. Staff not friendly, mentioned bedside lamp didn't work & was frozen out? Just a mention for them. Breakfast average, we got forgotten so sat for ages without food or drink. Bottled water with breakfast, most people left it, so maybe better to have it in the room? Average breakfast, lots of shouting in the kitchen which is exposed to the dining room. Great position to kings theatre, that was the only bonus.
