There was nothing that I didn’t like
I was unable to have breakfast as it starts at 7-30 am and the check in for channel island ferries is 7am. I thought there was a bar but there wasn't
It's clearly an old house converted which will always throw up conversion difficulties. The room was dark and almost basemanlike. The bath was difficult to fill as it was recessed into a wall with the plug at the far end. The bed was pretty comfy though.
Staff very welcoming, decor was nice and breakfast choice and quality was amazing cooked to order.

A lot of thought has gone into the look of the hotel, not at all to my taste but well enough done. Giving rooms names rather than numbers caused a little confusion at breakfast. However, an excellent breakfast served by two very hard working, pleasant women. A good selection of cooked and continental style though an absence of yoghurt was unusual. Situated close to the coast pier and nice park with a large pond.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Room in need of some maintenance. Bathroom was old fashioned with a tap connector as a shower. Have stayed before but standards were much higher previously hence why we returned, only to be a bit disappointed.
