Al Muna Kareem is an excellent choice, especially for families traveling with elderly relatives and for women visiting Almasjid Alnabawi. The location is extremely convenient…a very short walk to the Haram from the northern side, particularly the women’s entrances.
What made our stay special, however, was the people. أسامة, the manager, personally checked me in, and his professionalism immediately stood out. His leadership is clearly leadership by example,, hands-on, knowledgeable and attentive, and that standard is visible throughout his team.
إيمان deserves special appreciation for the genuine care she showed our elderly family members. She would check on them and their rooms and make sure housekeeping was provided on time. She even encouraged us to experience the upcoming Saudi National Day celebrations, a lovely gesture that reflected both pride in her country and a genuine desire for visitors to enjoy Saudi Arabia.
I also sincerely thank سباء for her exceptionally kind words and beautiful manner. Her warmth and respect reflected wonderful character and upbringing.
Perhaps the name says it best: “Leader” in service and “Kareem” in hospitality. My sincere thanks to أسامة، إيمان، سباء and the entire team.
Perfect location not far away from the haram with a lot F&B across the road. Rooms are comfortable
Limited breakfast choices with no energy saving possibilities. Property will need to invest in the future tech for a better OPEX

The location was good, hotel was clean
We ordered burgers the first night when we just moved in as we were tired. The burgers tasted awful. The chicken patty was quite thick and had a weird smell. It looks like it was made with chicken mince meat some how tasted like a lamb. We just ended up eating fries.
Hotel breakfast was decent.
