Hotel Manager Haider was very helpful, accomodated our request for early check in, He was welcoming and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as poosible. Staff in general was welcoming and helpful, Great location.close to ladiers praying area in the mosque so ideal for families, good breakfast included

Pros:

Overall an amazing stay!

Upon checking in, reception offered to upgrade our basic four bed room to a family suite, this alone greatly increased the quality of our stay allowing for our large family of 8 to feel at home! It meant a lot to us that the Muna Kareem staff acknowledge and cater for families.

Breakfast was excellent! Large variety of cultural food and continental food was offered, breakfast staff was very cooperative and competent providing top notch service. Staff was considerate of our senior family members who were unable to come down to eat breakfast and allowed for us to bring food up to them.

I had left my Leather Jacket behind, staff was able to locate and secure the jacket and cooperated with us to help retrieve my jacket safely.

Cons:

Elevator service can be improved, wasn’t super convenient.

Near women gate. Staff friendly and co operative.i asked for wheelchair for my elder sister. They provide us new wheelchair and during our stay in hotel ,we use wheelchair that's make our stay more comfortable. Overall experience is excellent. Breakfast also delicious. The man who was preparing omelette very humble and nice.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir weiterempfehlen können.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.. nur etwa 5 Minuten von der Masjid al-Nabawi entfernt, mit direktem Zugang zum Frauenbereich. Auch der Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus sowie eine Food-Court-Area befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt sehr praktisch macht.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist entgegenkommend. Besonders positiv war, dass unser Check-out unkompliziert bis 15 Uhr verlängert wurde. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut: große Auswahl und alles frisch und lecker.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmer eher eng geschnitten sind.
