This is my second stay at this hotel, because I liked the area and the easy access to the Harram.
Pros:

The most important thing is the location is very good at this side of Alharram.

The food was very good and tasty with variety options.

Cons:

I find that new furniture and new decorations would bring the hotel level up

Everything. Just fantastic. The best hotel I have ever stayed in Madinah. You just in front of women's prayers hall. Extremely spacious hotel. Very clean. Restaurants and shops all around. Very professional and helpful reception and staff. Best room service.
