بالنسبة للغرفة كانت جدا عادية في اثناء الحجز وضعت ملاحظة اختيار غرفة في الطابق العلوي وتكون كبيره للاسف في اخر يوم تم تغير الغرفة ماقصروا اعطونا سويت غرفتين بس للاسف ماقبلت النقل لانه اخر يوم وبعض الافراد كانوا نيام مافي مجال للنقل

I really like the design of the Hotel.

Cons:

There are many things I didn't like, Such as the Breakfast they were using same old Cucumbers and Food from past 10 days, There pancakes was cold and there breakfast wasn't good in taste forget about cold or warm. There location is at the bad place since I was here for Masjid al nabawi We had to walk 10 minutes every hour because we had to pray and it felt like the hotel will never ever come after leaving masjid al nabawi. There elevators were broken and it took very long time to arrive, There hotel was very small and our view was not good because there were other hotels next to us and we were uncomfortable because people from the other hotel were watching us, There room cleaning service took forever to cook and we told them before leaving to pray that clean our room, when we came back after 5 hours it was still dirty and not cleaned.

الفندق الضيق

دخول سريع والقرب من الحرم النبوي

Cons:

كل شىء داخل الفندق ضيق للأسف ومساحته صغيرة جداً
بدءا من المصاعد الى الغرف وماداخلها من سرير وحمام الى مواقف السيارات .
