Great value for the price
Pros:

The location is great in downtown Brooklyn, near the subway, with a nice view of the plaza and playground. The hotel does not have a ton of amenities (lounge restricted to platinum, pool is tied to a school), although Trader Joe's and many other stores are in front. The rooms are normal size but get cleaned well on a daily basis.

Cons:

Check-in was quite busy on Sunday. Wifi was not working on day 1, but was restored on Monday. When I booked, I thought there would be more communal areas.

Very hot
Pros:

It was a very lovely hotel. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been a wonderful stay. We were there during the heat wave so it was unbearable while we were sleeping without air conditioning or a fan. When we woke up the thermostat on the wall said 83 degrees which was hot. I’m sure power issues and things of that nature during a heat wave in a city are quite common but it was particularly difficult during this very bad heat wave to be comfortable and sleep during our stay. When I heard the entire building was effected I thought we all were in very difficult conditions. But they were difficult to be in during our stay.

Cons:

I’m not sure but the air conditioning wasn’t working during a serious heatwave in New York so it was unbearable during our stay. Couldn’t sleep. I know it’s not your fault but it was unfortunate that it happened during our vacation.

Never again. Stay next door at A Loft. They were MUCH nicer and have much nicer facilities.

They lied to me over the phone and assured me I could have early check in, once we got there they told me it wasn't possible and we had to sit there until the normal check in time. The building was also without water when we woke up in the morning. The whole building was extremely hot and stuffy. Online it shows they have a pool, but they don't actually own it and guests cannot access it. Some of the staff was a bit rude, others were decent.

近くに地下鉄の駅がいくつかあり、マンハッタンに行くのにとても便利でした。
Pros:

立地がとても良いです。設備は古いが清掃は行き届いていました。Trader Joe'sが近くにあるので、買い物も便利でした。

Cons:

Booking.comには、ランドリーがあると記載されてたのに、フロントに確認したらランドリーは無いと言われて大変困った。

Buena estancia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación muy céntrica para moverse a cualquier lugar a través del subway. Cerca de centro comerciales y foodcourt de comida variada.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

For over $400 despite being in NYC, was hoping for better. Floor was dirty, nails and hooks on the wall-I guess someone took a painting? No recognition of Ambassador status(would have enjoyed a bottled water?). But, in the morning., no running water with the toilet gurgling and brown water backing up. Contacted the hotel and they gave a paltry amount of points, had to find another hotel to shower. Disappointing!

Noisy, impossible to sleep
