Pros:

Great staff, excellent location, amazing room size with refrigerator and microwaves.

Cons:

The food/snacks on the club level was very much lacking in the snack department but descent beverage selections.

Certainly did not come up to Sheraton standards that we have come to expect over the world

Location in downtown Brooklyn, convenient for the cruise terminal and easy access to uptown New York

Cons:

The front desk was run by young boys, who did not really know how to treat guests. The billing system was bad, I was charged twice on my cr cd and told it was a deposit that I would get back. Their invoice didn’t show the double payment but it was sorted and refunded eventually

Had a great stay. Hotel was in a great location. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel room was clean. The room has all the amenities one would look for in a hotel room. The location was in great walking distance to my destination and to stores and restaurants, I would stay again.

Cons:

There wasn't anything major I didn't like. I wish the ice machines were on every floor, but that is minor.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

There was the smell of pot in the hall on my floor(6) almost every time, and one time when I came back to my room the smell was in my room also. It was very unpleasant and if my stay had been longer I would’ve moved to another hotel.
