La habitación que nos dieron era muy antigua y no estaba limpia, las toallas estaban sucias, manchadas de maquillaje y con huecos. Da pena, venden esto como un 4 estrellas peor en realidad solo se paga la ubicación.

Nos gustó todo.
Solo abrir la puerta nos quedamos impresionados con la habitación. Una presentación excelente, grande, con dos ambientes, de limpieza genial...
Además del aire acondicionado tenía un ventilador de techo, una bañera exenta integrada en dormitorio e independiente al baño. El water estaba separado del resto y tenía también zona de ducha.
El personal encantador y amable, desayuno muy completo y además nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones del hotel hasta el final del día de salida.
Genial!!!!
Si le tuviese que poner algún pero sería que además nos hubiese gustado poder reservar también con antelación el parking.

Es ist ein schönes, neues und sauberes Hotel.

Leider ist das Hotel und die Führung sehr unprofessionell!
Wir haben eine Junior Suite Deluxe gebucht, mit offenem Badezimmer und größerer Terasse.
Nachdem wir im Zimmer angekommen sind war es eine Suite ohne offenem Badezimmer und normaler Terrasse. Dies haben wir gemeldet.
Erst meine das Hotel es sei egal, dass es kein Unterschied sei ob das Bad offen oder geschlossen ist und ob es eine kleine oder große Terrasse ist, weiter hat das Hotel gesagt die Bilder in der Anzeige sind falsch und dass es ein Missverstädnis ist. In der Anzeige und Reservierung war deutlich Junior Suite Deluxe beschrieben und nicht eine normale Junior Suite. Dies sind auch die Unterschiede der Suite. Wir wurden auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet und so weiter. Wir haben weder das Zimmer noch eine Entschädigung erhalten. Meine Verlobte hatte Geburtstag , das Zimmer und die Terrasse waren für der Grund aus welchem wir gebucht hatten. Das ist ein Scam das Hotel überbucht das Zimmer und verteilt folgend auf fast gleiche Zimmer. Ich empfehle das Hotel bedingt weiter. Auf den Terrassen ist es extremst laut, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Lage ist gut weil alles in der Nähe ist, jedoch extremst laut.

Great beach front hotel, clean, modern and comfortable.
Pros:

Junior suite was fabulous, generous size and very clean.
Super king bed was very comfortable. Powerful shower, large bath & comfy furniture on the balcony was also appreciated.
Hotel itself feels modern and luxurious and the staff are very friendly.
We had a surprise gift of sparkling wine in an ice bucket for my partners birthday which was lovely.

Cons:

The aircon system was the most confusing I've ever seen in a hotel room, if we were staying more than one night I would have asked for assistance with it as the room did become pretty warm overnight.
Although fine for us as a couple, be aware the bath in the junior suites is next to the bed and the shower opens directly to a double sink area which forms part of the large open plan design ie. there are no doors for privacy!
