Junior suite room was excellent. Large room, sun terrace, huge comfortable bed.
Access to private lounge with complementary snacks, coffee and cava in the evenings.
Access to private roof terrace, bar and pool.
Nothing.
Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice, regularly stocked up levels. Liked the cava as an option. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Reported some lights not working in the room and they were straight there to sort it out. Bar staff in the lounge bar were super. Friendly and very accommodating. Room servicing was faultless and the staff friendly.
Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in. A junior suite which was everything we wanted and more. Sooooo pleased we upgraded!
We found the staff in the restaurant at breakfast to be quite surly. We tried to chat, smile, something, anything but no engagement from them. They were very friendly with returning customers to a point where it was very noticeable. The staff in the pool bar and restaurant were equally hard work, dismissive and not overly friendly.
Location on the promenade
Outdated ,old rooms , shower not working properly ,needs a serious renovation
Breakfast is very basic ,cost orientated.
Location
Junior Suite was shabby , worn & unwelcoming . Worn,Plastic terrace furniture with no covers / cushions , entrance door chipped & stained , settee too small to fit two average sized people , tables marked & chipped , no comforts like rugs/ cushions , dirty windows , towel ring loose and hanging off wall , black mould behind sinks , dirty glasses left in room following day . I can only add 4 photos !
El servicio del personal excelente
Las habitaciones correctas . El buffet de desayuno un poquito escaso con kiwis verdes que era imposible comer.
This hotel is very clean and staff pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was a good size, bed very comfortable free use of safe but the fidge was chargeable. Great to have English TV channels Location is good. The pool area with two bar area's is great very clean. The inside pool was good with free use of steam and Sauna. I took advantage of a massage which was excellent.
My only criticism is the evening meals. I have seen the reviews on the food which obviously most guest's find good. I'm a foodie and enjoy this as part of my holiday, I have recently been to two resorts where it has been self service, and the food was excellent. This hotel did not meet my expectations when it came to the evening meals, The food was tasteless and cold and not very appetising. The desserts were poor. The choice of salads very good.
No complaints regarding Breakfast.
This hotel is best for the older generation particularly in the evening's when they want to show off their ballroom dancing!!!
Definitely not a four star hotel, you have to pay extra for a room on the sunny side, British TV only gets BBC, the food is so so not always hot breakfast time entertainment is the same from 10 yes ago one singing duo husband and wife doesn't even play the keyboards all pre recorded
Great room however we did pay for an upgrade
Nothing not to like but I'm not used to larger hotels so it felt less cosy than other places I have stayed
Arrived on Sunday, the hotel has exceeded expectations. Reception team fantastic, the salon bar of an evening is great. We checked in and were offered a great deal in a suite upgrade which we took. Worth the extra as it’s great.
Restaurant is lovely, breakfast and evening meal. Can’t fault this place . So
Far so good 👍
Just returned from another four weeks h.b. at this amazing hotel. We have stayed here a few times and once again the staff in all areas are polite/helpfull plus the hotel is clean and tidy.Sauna/steam room and indoor pool at this hotel is always a nice area to visit,if you want to use the gym just go to the sister hotel (Yarama),which is also free to use.The entertainment is varied and quite good, price of drinks are very reasonable.Happy hour is 1200-1300 at the pool bar, great to help relax on your sunbed.Next time we're here i'll ask for the same room as it has great views.
Lokalita přímo na pláži- přes silnici.
Kousek na vlakovou zastávku.
Snídaně byla exkluzivní.
Nebyl dostatek celozrnného pečiva
Huone olin upea ja parvekkeelle paistoi ihanasti aurinko koko päivän. Aamupala monipuolinen ja erityisesti zurrot hyviä.

Location.
No cocktail bar for late night drinks. Only main bar which closes at 23:30. Good rain shower but toilet flush was not good , it flushed after 3/4 attempts but also leeks all over the floor. Room number 611.
Very good enjoyed.
My wife and I stayed 10 - 20th March 2026.
I had some trepidation about this place after reading some of the reviews prior to travelling.
We landed at Malaga in torrential rain but needn’t have worried. We had ten days of mostly wall to wall sunshine despite having taken rain coats and umbrellas after a dire 10 day forecast prediction with temperatures in low twenties.
The reviews said unwelcoming desk staff - rubbish, they were very accommodating and efficient. Even unlocked the fridge for my use, which was chargeable - but free as I had insulin that needed keeping cold.
Lifts slow - 3 lifts in a row near to reception - all worked efficiently, never had to wait long at all even in peak usage times.
Other lifts available but at the other end of the hotel.
Room sizes - we had a twin bedded room with a balcony which was more than adequate for our needs. No you wouldn’t get away with holding a barn dance in it but you only sleep in it after all. The room wasn’t the most modern but nothing was damaged and everything worked as it should. No wardrobe as such but plenty of hanging space, draws etc - after all isn’t the modern thing to be able to see all your clothes hung up.
Free safe, tea making facilities, fridge, hair dryer, loads of plug sockets, two coat pegs, aircon unit, suitcase storage, rainfall shower, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, blackout curtains, balcony table and two adjustable chairs, partial sea view, chambermaid service every day.
Our only gripe was that the day we arrived a local bar was having a karaoke night (dire music and even worse singing) and I thought oh no, what have we come to. I needn’t have worried as at around 11pm everything went quiet and it was that night only. However we did check the sliding patio doors more than once, as it sounded like they were open. Even with being on the fourth floor you occasionally could hear people talking in the street below along with the street cleaning machine going by every morning around 6.30 am. Other than that we both slept like babies.
Food - we were half board so had breakfast and dinner. What can one say here - typical hotel food, plenty of choices but after ten days gets a bit samey. However we never failed to find something to eat. Two soups at dinner but not a drop of gazpacho ever, salad bar, supposed show cooking, choice of breads and rolls, an array of small deserts, cheeses and biscuits, fresh fruit and six or so ice creams. Drinks of all sorts.
Breakfast was as expected but with churros and cava every morning, several drinks machines which made an array of naff coffees and an absolutely gorgeous hot chocolate. Usual toasters and a microwave should you need it.
Live entertainment every night. Bar service, pint and glass of wine 8.5 Euros which I thought was very reasonable, cocktails 7.5 each with a litre of sangria 19 euros.
Two pools (one outside for frostbite, heated indoors but limited times) plenty of sun beds and free towels in the wellness centre. Pool bar doing snacks at lunchtime to order.
Hotel location 100 mtrs from the golden sandy beach. Taxi stand right outside the door with a bus stop 200mtrs
Would we return - if we found ourselves in that area again yes definitely, but we walked miles and paddled in each direction and don’t tend to go back to the same area twice with the exception of the Maldives.
Recently returned from a wonderful 10 night break @ Hotel Angela . First time stayed at this Hotel and would have no hesitation in returning. We had a very comfortable room overlooking the pool and it was spotless, cleaned every day.. We went Half Board and were amazed at the choice of food on offer, the numbers catered for and courtesy of the staff. Entertainment was put on most nights and if it isn't to one's liking there's plenty of bars /restaurants close by. Location is just across from Beach and train station close by. Thanks to the Hotel /Staff for a very enjoyable stay.
