Nothing at all not a good location at all
Room was not ready when I arrived. Had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush went to the front desk and the staff wanted me to plunge the toilet . Staff was rude and not friendly at all . Pool look dirty and stagnant water with a diaper or feminine product, floating in it . The broke down crack house beside it .
Great location
Really nothing much
Everything there was not a hot tub or 2 pools or heated and the 1 pool was ice cold and no game room like booking.com said and the food was not stocked much and I slept last night and woke up with a bite on my arm and a sore throat Sunday morning and nothing was stocked in the room I will not book this hotel again.
Close to freeway. Big lobby.
Charged an extra fee at check in “ hotel charge” beyond booking .com. This in addition to fee for “ incidentals or damages” that better be removed. Room was dirty! Turned down bedsheets to dirt and hair! Moved to diff room where water fawcet fell off in bathroom. No one at front desk at check out to tell. No hot water for tea at very limited breakfast buffet. Only 2 apples Would NEVER return here. Laundry/ ice units were missing and trash accumulated in hallway. See pics. Our view room 1 was of outside trash dump! Don’t look Didn’t take pics of dirt and hair as needed to leave immediately. But u can’t unsee it!
The beds were neatly made.
Being charged double hidden fees, then the clerk tries to justify it, then failed to activate my room keys twice in the middle of the 1am hour, then had to switch rooms claiming it must be the door, obviously she already knew this or just didnt properly activate them because I asked her during check in why was I paying that fee again seperately as I was already charged online. Then the toilet does not flush all the way after having switched to another faulty room.
Add turkey sausage for guest that don’t eat pork.
No turkey products options for breakfast.
Nothing
It was dem in the room Bad lighting. For the money you pay it should be newer furniture in the room. Everything was unplugged and turned off. Like they trying to save on electricity.
The parking was not good as well.
Morning front desk staff lady was very friendly.
Bed in first room was very comfortable.
Breakfast looked good & kitchen floor was clean (usually a good indicator of restaurant cleanliness), but we didn’t eat there (time constraint & looking at local specialty restaurants).
Carpeting was old, dirty in the elevator, heavily worn (hole in first floor hall), and all of it needs replacing. Paint & wall trim & corners were old & chipped.
Second floor smelled like someone had smoked even though it was a non-smoking facility. I think the hotel houses “permanent” residents.
First room we were in was dirty…old carpet, bed skirt had stuff splashed on it & needed washing. Furnishings were old & very worn…we did not even want to sit in the chair. Bed was very comfortable & sheets were clean, but 3 of 4 pillows were half size. Bathroom was clean and countertop was relatively new, but vanity was old with some vernier missing. Toilet barely flushed water. We had to move for that reason. Apparently the “cleaning staff” is a third-party outfit.
We moved into another room, which was better but still not even like what is pictured in Booking.com. Aside from the furnishings, the room was better, but bed in first room was more comfortable.
Nothing
I didn't like the fact that it false advertised, that there was 2 indoor pools that were heated. There was actually only one pool inside. It was 3 feet deep, and not heated. There was no hot tub or spa the refrigerator in my room. Did not work. The staff was rude as hell and booking.com. Staff did not fix my problems. Thank God, thank you.
The room was nice and had modern amenities.
The hotel has potential, a nice renovation would make it a top competitor in that area.
The location was accessible and convenient for my needs.
The breakfast was limited in variety, ran out of things and didn’t replenish them.
