L’emplacement à quelques rues du métro et literie confortable

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner 4 tables et 9 chaises ou tabourets pour une cinquantaine de chambres, du pain qui à plusieurs jours, parfois plus de lait et quand on en demandait on nous disait non, plus de yaourts dès le 3eme jour… les cartes des chambres se démagnétisaient tous les jours et parfois plus de 30 mn à attendre quelqu’un. Le personnel pas aimable et propreté des chambres pas terrible

It is very expensive for the service we got.

The room was cleaned every day and aircon was working well. It is in walking distance to subway.

2박을 이용하였으나 2일째는 숙소 청소, 정리가 되어 있지 않았고, 타올도 준비되어 있지 않았음.
추가 타올을 요구하였으나, 세탁된게 없다는 이유로 화장실 매트용 수건을 받아 조금 황당했어요.

Cons:

We stayed three nights with family in two rooms. Since our flight out was late in the evening on our last day, we wanted to arrange a late check-out. On our first day, the staff told us one thing about how this would work, but on the final day, when we actually went to arrange the late check-out, they completely changed their story and tried to charge us for a full extra night, despite what we'd been told at the start. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable and made the whole experience frustrating.
On top of that, on our last day there was another guest shouting in the lobby and intimidating other guests, and there was not a single staff member present to handle the situation. Overall, a very poor level of service. I would not recommend this hotel based on how we were treated.
