It was good continent and value for money
Pros:

Property was clean and room were good.

Cons:

They need to improve the breakfast and at least keep 2 bottles water in room. Water is bear minimum must be placed in room

nice location, the staff was nice, clean, close to the metro

Cons:

we had to eat breakfast standing since there were not enough chairs in the dining area, also the breakfast did not have much variety (no vegetables, no plain yoghurt). the room was very small for four people to get around and there is basically no privacy in the bathroom due to a gap in the doors.

I just did above.
Pros:

Was given the worst room they had left . I asked for a quiet room away from the main Avenue. I was given a basement room with the high window at street level . Heavy tuck traffic all night and early morning. 3rd Avenue Brooklyn is notorious for noise. The breakfast food uneatable. The breakfast staff couldn’t speak English and only pointed to things.
The lowest of low class accommodations. You should not let anyone book there. I would expect a refund of some sort.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Brooklyn e ci siamo trovati molto bene! La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario, compresi gli articoli da bagno, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Abbiamo trovato molto positiva anche la pulizia quotidiana della camera, sempre ben sistemata e accogliente al nostro rientro.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che ha contribuito a rendere ancora più bella la nostra esperienza a New York. Consigliato a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e curata a Brooklyn!

Cons:

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la comunicazione con il personale, che parlava poco inglese. Probabilmente, anche per questo motivo, molte procedure erano da espletare interamente online, rendendo il rapporto diretto con lo staff un po’ limitato.

La colazione era un po’ limitata nella scelta e potrebbe essere migliorata, così da offrire una maggiore varietà.

La stanza era troppo piccola per accogliere 2 letti matrimoniali, di cui uno rumoroso. Il bagno, non insonorizzato, aveva una superficie di circa 3 m2. Idem per l’area della colazione, con soli 8-10 posti a sedere. Quanto proposto per colazione decisamente basico

Cons:

No nos cambiaron la ropa de cama en los 4 noches en las que nos quedamos. Solo tendían la cama pero no barrían la hanitación; duramos con un pedazo de plástico en el mismo lugar todo el tiempo.
El desayuno es malo, todos los días fue exactamente lo mismo, el espacio para comer muy reducido.
Y con mi mamá nos quedamos encerradas en el ascensor, lo cual se resolvió rápido.
