The staff was really nice

The second floor smelt like cigarette smoke but the first floor and our room did not but the smell when you got off the elevator smacked you in the face

It was a decent stay but not for what u was paying for.
Pros:

Close to all stores, breakfast, comfortable beds

Cons:

Room was slightly dirty, sheet on one queen bed was stained with a faded red color and the other had a brown ish stain about a quarter size

Great, convenient place to stay at a decent price with great customer service.
Pros:

Awesome location. It's located near plenty of restaurants and there's a Walmart across the street. It's also very close to base. I had a great experience speaking with a staff member as well.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner and the bathrooms could use an update due to damage in the tub and sink.

Hotel needs to be remodeled
Pros:

Room was not as clean/presentable as I expected. Bathroom tissue box and toilet paper roll was already used, not new. The bathroom paint by the tub looks very messy and unprofessional

Wasn’t the cleanest. Had to ask for a different room after two days because of a weird chemical smell that wasn’t going away—and it wasn’t a “clean” smell either. The room also felt very humid; the towels wouldn’t dry and the sheets felt damp. After changing rooms, one smell was replaced with another. It wasn’t as bad, but still didn’t smell clean.
A few hours before checking out, a cockroach appeared. No proof, since my husband didn’t tell me at the time so as not to upset me. Waking up at 7 a.m. to a fire alarm wasn’t fun, though we understand these things can happen.
The first room also had a very greasy TV remote, what looked like mold spots on the mirror, crumbs on the couch, leaks on the picture frames (probably from humidity), and strange splashes on the backsplash behind the bed. Not to mention, both rooms had very poor shower heads. Oh and some black hair in both beds. I’m blonde and my husband has a buzz cut.
Otherwise, very friendly employees.

I won’t book here again. It wasn’t the worst place i have stayed but very far removed from the best The breakfast was

The breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Reported it to the main desk because they specified no smoking. They wanted to spray something to remove the smell I have allergies to nearly everything so I opted to try and get our own product to remove the odor. It worked for a short period of time. We were only there to sleep but after the 3 nights I woke up with my sinuses burning and with a pounding headache. We had to was the pillows and blankets we had brought with us when we got to our next location because they smelled like the room. Also on the 3rd day the power went out for several hrs.
