It was ok for the location
Pros:

It was close by my house . The kids loved the pool. And ice machine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The housekeeper was polite and friendly!

Cons:

It was a lot of hair over stuff and the manager and lady at front desk never acknowledged my family and myself until some people that looked like them walked in. I won’t be returning . I was never greeted or told we will be with you …. Customer service sucks …. Manager shows by example

The front desk person who checked us in was very nice.

Cons:

This hotel is disgusting! From the moment we walked in to the lobby there was a weird odor. Took the front desk clerk(who was very nice) a while to check me in because the computer system was failing. Keys weren’t able to be maid, the front desk employee took us up to our room. Stepped into the room and immediately slipped on the floor that was covered in some slippery and not clean substance that covered both the entry way and bathroom. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the couch had stains, as well as the bed sheets. There was left over food from a previous guest in the fridge. Next morning, go downstairs for breakfast, juice machines don’t work, food was mid/ not edible. Come back to the hotel after being gone all day and the only thing the housekeeping staff did was give us new towels. They still hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned. This hotel is sad and not even worth the amount of money spent on a four day stay. Roaches all over the parking lot. Hallways and stairwells never vacuumed or cleaned.

It was central to the city. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable and checking in and out was an easy process. Overall our stay was okay and not an unpleasant one.

Cons:

There seemed to be a lot of things that weren’t working properly. They only gave us one rag for the whole room that was booked with 5 people. There were a couple of bugs in our room. There were water spots everywhere on the tiles and ceilings in the main room.

Location was great!
Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Good muffins. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom needs renovation. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced in main entrance. Our room was set at 68 and we could not chance the temp.
