Old building, carpet smell , needs lots of modifications.

Other Rixos i have stayed are much better quality and cleaner.

Great property with a large resort. Great amenities. The staff are so warm, welcoming and hospitable and certainly made the visit memorable. Can’t wait to come back again.

A big thank you for the excellent customer service. Staff members were really cheerful and helpful some of the names are Dally (receptionist) Jerry and Mokat ( buggy drivers). We will definitely come back next year

Do not go to this hotel.

We arrived on Friday 11th July and have left on Wednesday 16th July to stay at a different hotel due to how awful this Rixos is.

I am unsure how the hotel can class themselves as a 5 star and all inclusive. I have been to Dubai many times and this hotel lacks everything Dubai offers.

The restaurant rush you from the moment you sit down for dinner and don’t leave you to enjoy your food.

The rooms are VERY dated and tight for space. The booking system to book restaurants is a complete faff and does not work. By the time you manage to get on they are fully booked.

The buffet restaurant has no dress code and people are strolling in for dinner in swim wear.

You cannot get snacks anywhere in the hotel, no snack bar, no ice cream nothing. You can only eat from 12-3. After this you cannot get anything until dinner. This isn’t great when you are traveling with kids.

Very disappointed with the lack of staff, no real effort to help you or make you feel welcome. Will never stay here again!

We went with 2 other families for our 3rd time and it is a great destination for short breaks. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of space. Buffet could be better is the only lower mark I would give.

What an amazing hotel, we had a great stay. The hotel is lovely although we thought the rooms need refreshing they are kept nice and clean. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. The gardens are gorgeous and very well maintained. A few swimming pools all nice and clean.
We had a small issue with the room and Prakash from reception, in a great professional manner, did everything he can and more to ensure resolving that issue for us. Thank you Prakash 🙏

In general, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, which really made this hotel stand out compared to many other 5 star hotels around the world we have stayed at.
Mohamed Ali by the pool was giving all guest including us a true 5 star service every single day! Very professional, extremely attentive and helpful! Thank you Mohamed Ali🙏
Another great member of the staff was Basil at the buffet restaurant. He was there as soon as we sat down making sure we have everything we need. All the waiters there were really nice and good but Basil stood out with going an extra mile to provide excellent service. Thank you Basil 🙏
I am not one to write reviews, in fact I never do, but this time I feel that the staff and especially the above mentioned members of the staff really contributed to our fantastic experience at this fabulous hotel that I could just not go without sharing this and recognise the amazing service we received from the staff.

The property was very clean. The staff were amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The booking system for the restaurants was awful. Trying to get booked was impossible unless you asked the concierge for help.

From the moment of arrival we had fabulous service - we felt very welcomed and looked after! Especially at dinner we had an amazing experience with Murat at Orient restaurant - amazing mixologist!

L'ensemble, l'accès à la plage devant notre logement, la gentillesse du personnel, les piscines, la mer, le buffet excellent, le petit moins beaucoup de monde le week-end au restaurant et relativement bruyant. Les gens devraient être placés (des couples s'installent à des tables pour 6 personnes) et prennent la place pour les grandes familles dont les tables sont limitées.

La chambre était superbe, très propre et le service excellent ! Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas plus de francophone

Service and food exceptional

The new concept is not as flexible as the previous one. Some renovations should be done. The platform for booking restaurants should be fine tuned and some additional training for the staff regarding consistency of food and drink quality as well as hospitality would be good. All in all it was okay but compared with our stay two years ago there is definitely room for improvement. Special commendation to the staff and food at the Orient restaurant and the front desk.

Went during eid holidays, fully booked but you don't feel it since the hotel is big. Beach and pools are beautiful, Food buffet is good but repetitive, a la carte restaurant are Ok, service is good, rooms needs an update, in overal 4/5. I recommend and will come back

Really good stay! Plenty of activities for young kids and teens. Buffet is not really good, but restaurants are much better.

Great room! We stayed at a villa with direct access to the beach it was wonderful! The quality of the buffet is not that of other Rixos hotels, small and runs out of food too fast. We managed to book at the Brazilian steak restaurant and the food was excellent

as Hotel location Building and facility was perfect and very Nice , i can proudly say one of best Hotel i visited in Ras Al Khaimah But the only problem in my opinion you are missing managers in ground to manage the stuff , stuff is available but they need a manager to organize and guide there work and scope of job
