Miejsce, w którym naprawdę poczujesz się jak na wakacjach
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż nad brzegiem, z prywatną piaszczystą plażą (serio, nie ma po co jechać na tą pobliską) wejściem do oceanu i prysznicem. Wszędzie leżaki dla gości. Spory basen ze wspaniałym widokiem. Przestronny pokój. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa, wsparcie w organizacji transportu. Tuż obok sklepy spożywcze.

Cons:

Pokój rodzinny jest dwupoziomowy i bardzo słychać jak ktoś na górze się przemieszcza. Głośna klimatyzacja (na szczęście w pokoju były wiatraki).

Avaliação Honesta – Boa experiência, mas abaixo das expectativas de 4 estrelas
Pros:

A vista para o mar e a proximidade com a praia.

Cons:

A localização, embora tranquila, é bastante isolada e longe de praticamente tudo. O hotel disponibiliza serviço de táxi, mas com custo adicional para o cliente.
A praia em frente ao hotel tem muito pouco areal, o que limita bastante a utilização, e a piscina não é adequada para crianças pequenas.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, no entanto sentimos falta de melhor aconselhamento. No primeiro dia fomos caminhar nas imediações do hotel porque nos foi transmitida a ideia de que tudo era distante. Mais tarde percebemos que estivemos muito perto de uma das praias mais bonitas de Praslin, cujo acesso é feito através do hotel Constance Lémuria, e ficámos literalmente a poucos metros sem saber.
Existem também alguns detalhes que precisam de melhoria, como as camas, que já demonstram necessidade de renovação. É oferecida água no quarto apenas à chegada; depois disso fica a cargo do cliente.
Num dos dias houve música bastante alta, que já se fazia ouvir durante o jantar e prolongou-se até cerca das 23h, o que pode ser desconfortável para quem viaja com crianças.
O hotel disponibiliza horários dos autocarros locais, mas pessoalmente não recomendo essa opção.
Para mim, falta uma maior preocupação com atividades para crianças e experiências para os hóspedes.
Embora reconheça que, numa ilha pequena como Praslin, os preços e hotéis estejam inflacionados, considero que a experiência não justifica plenamente a classificação de 4 estrelas.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr kinderfreundlich, Frühstücksbuffet sehr toll mit vielen frischen Früchten und einem diversen Angebot, Personal äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Bettmatratzen sind durchgelegen, müssten unbedingt ersetzt werden.

Nice stay with beautiful lagoon view and sunset spot!
Pros:

Location is nice, by the beach, nice swimming pool, parking places available as well as good massage. Rooms are cleaned daily. Garden is well maintained and stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good, with balcony and nice view on garden and bit of sea. People who write that there is actually no beach, should learn about high and low tides and nature. Ofc seasonally water may be high thus beach is disappearing and also seaweed may occur, but there is plenty of other beaches in the small island which are reachable.

Cons:

Bathroom would need require restoration. Especially shower.

Pros:

Restaurant had good food and pretty views. Comfortable room and bed. Clean.

Cons:

The location is not good. It is on the water but it’s rocky, so there’s no real beach and you can’t swim there. It is on the far opposite side of the island from all of the good beaches and swimming (30-40 min drive). They also host events at this property and if you’re unlucky enough to be there for one, there will be loud music all day long and the pool will be overcrowded and unusable.

They give a bottle of water on the first day of your stay but the water machine (condense from air) was ALWAYS empty. 1 machine for the entire hotel is clearly not enough. They sell it as 'green' as you reuse the plastic but it was just to make money as most people kept buying more plastic. Stingy
