Service. Food. Cleanliness. Everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Location is nice, by the beach, nice swimming pool, parking places available as well as good massage. Rooms are cleaned daily. Garden is well maintained and stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good, with balcony and nice view on garden and bit of sea. People who write that there is actually no beach, should learn about high and low tides and nature. Ofc seasonally water may be high thus beach is disappearing and also seaweed may occur, but there is plenty of other beaches in the small island which are reachable.
Bathroom would need require restoration. Especially shower.

Restaurant had good food and pretty views. Comfortable room and bed. Clean.
The location is not good. It is on the water but it’s rocky, so there’s no real beach and you can’t swim there. It is on the far opposite side of the island from all of the good beaches and swimming (30-40 min drive). They also host events at this property and if you’re unlucky enough to be there for one, there will be loud music all day long and the pool will be overcrowded and unusable.

They give a bottle of water on the first day of your stay but the water machine (condense from air) was ALWAYS empty. 1 machine for the entire hotel is clearly not enough. They sell it as 'green' as you reuse the plastic but it was just to make money as most people kept buying more plastic. Stingy

Même si l’espace de l’appartement est appréciable tout est vétuste, les peintures anciennes et abîmées et la déco n’est pas très soignée
La piscine est petite et peu de chaises longues et même si la vue est magnifique l’accès à la plage est en fonction des marées souvent impossible
Le prix n’est pas approprié aux prestations servies
Nous avons passé 13 jours idylliques au Castello Beach Villa, de véritables vacances de rêve !
L’océan se trouvait littéralement à 2 mètres de la villa : chaque matin, ouvrir les volets et admirer cette eau turquoise était un pur enchantement. La piscine privée rien que pour nous a été un luxe incroyable, idéal pour se détendre en toute intimité après une journée de plage ou d’exploration.
La villa, spacieuse et impeccable, allie parfaitement confort moderne et charme local, offrant un cadre chaleureux et reposant.
Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment exceptionnel, c’est le personnel : d’une gentillesse rare, attentif à chaque détail et toujours disponible pour rendre service. Leur accueil chaleureux nous a fait sentir comme chez nous, tout en nous offrant le meilleur de Praslin.
Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, savourer chaque instant et repartir avec des souvenirs inoubliables.
Merci du fond du cœur à toute l’équipe pour avoir fait de ce voyage une expérience inoubliable.

Una puesta de sol de privilegio en la hamaca o mesa privada, una piscina de piedra, menú degustación cada noche. Me he sentido en el Paraiso.Muchas gracias
