Pool being closed was a real bummer😞
Pros:

The cleanliness of the facility was great and all the staff too.

Cons:

The pool was closed. We chose your facility at a higher cost due to fact the last two years the place we stayed at had their pool closed. 😔

Char checked us in and was AMAZING!! She made me feel great after a long tedious drive!! She was extremely helpful, and even asked and gave my 2 kids treats which they of course Loved!! She was the absolute Perfect person to have there to check us all in!!

Hotel was nice but it would have been nice to know about the the pool issue
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious

Cons:

The pool heater was broken so the indoor pool was cold. The pool was the reason for us picking this particular hotel for the children. If I’d known in advance about the pool issue I honestly would have chosen a cheaper hotel.

Pros:

Everything from check in to check out was exceptional. The breakfast bar was the best ive ever ate at any hotel stay. The entire staff was all so friendly. And the room.was clean and the view was great!

Great customer service. Clean.

Cons:

Room 321 smelled like urine, especially when the ac/heat unit was on. I didn't complain about it, because we were there for just one night -- but I really felt like it's the blowing unit in that room.
