El entorno del lugar es fantastico. Da mucha paz, y es lindo de recorrer.

La relación calidad - precio ya que el costo es de un Hotel 5 estrellas y a éste le falta un poco de "modernización" para llegar a serlo. Algunas cosas están sin actualizar (duchero)

Conforto e bom atendimento. Hotel completo.
Pros:

Quarto grande com vista linda do bosque. Banheiro grande, completo e o chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã bem gostoso. O atendimento muito cordial de todos os funcionários. Água filtrada à disposição dos hóspedes 24 hs.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar, tudo correu otimamente.

Buena atención del personal en general. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Bollería variada, fiambres, queso, jugos naturales, huevos, entre otros.
Cuenta con espacios verdes, piscina natural y piscina climatizada, gimnasio, espacio para niños y diversas actividades semanales dedicadas a adultos, niños y/o familias.

Top Lage und ein Hotel, dass schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top - insbesondere der eigene Strand bei der Lagune.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Außenpool war nicht gereinigt (Äste und Blätter im Wasser) und die Balkontüre klemmte etwas. Auch im Bad waren die Abnützungen schon sehr sichtbar, aber alles funktionierte.

Estuvo bien, hasta que no pudimos disfrutar mucho del descanso por la situacion ocurrida, comentada.
Pros:

Todos los servicios estuvieron muy bien, el personal muy amable, la limpieza bien, desayuno bastante completo, la piscina interior bien, el restaurate bien.

Cons:

Fuimos por trabajo y a descansar, pero nos toco vivir una situación con personas que se alojaron en la habitación de al lado a la nuestra, estuvieron de festejos desde las 19 a 01 am, por suerte solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos asignaron otra de inmediato. Deberían prohibir por reglamento realizar fiestas en las habitaciones, no consumir estupefacienes ni fumar en las instalaciones del hotel, respetar los horarios de descanso.
