Great Value for Money - Excellent Staff
Pros:

The room was large and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake and the spectacular sunsets.
We very much enjoyed the tennis courts, mini golf and other outdoor activities.
The kids loved the free access to all the indoor arcade games.

Cons:

The water of the indoor pool was not very clear, a bit murky.

La ubicación y el paisaje hermoso

Cons:

No me gusto que por ser invierno tenian el lago clausurado. Estaba hermoso el dia como para salir en los botes. Era un plato el agua y no habia nada de viento.
Cuando consultamos por que estaba inhabilitado nos dijeron que era porque no contrataban guarda vidas. Entiendo que es invierno pero podrian contratar al menos el sabado a una persona. No te pido toda la semana, solo 1 dia…
Por otro lado fuimos a la piscina y estaba repleta de niños. Nos fuimos a los 5 minutos, igualmente destacto que hay un horario de 20 hs a 22 hs para uso exclusivo de adultos. Dicho eso es un horario que no podiamos ir.

Venho por meio deste formalizar minha insatisfação em relação à estadia recente. Identificamos que o banheiro do quarto apresentava voltando água suja fedida
e, prontamente, comunicamos o ocorrido à recepção/portaria.

Contudo, nenhuma providência foi tomada e não recebemos qualquer assistência por parte da equipe. Em decorrência dessa falha, ficamos impossibilitados de utilizar o banho no local durante todo o período, até o momento da nossa saída.

Aguardo um posicionamento sobre o ocorrido.

Pros:

El entorno de naturaleza es ideal para pasear y descansar. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, habitaciones muy grandes, camas grandes y cómodas. Los balcones de las habitaciones son grandes y permiten relajarse y disfrutar el paisaje. Toda la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Excelente desayuno. EL personal muy amable todo. Hay variada actividades para realizar.

Cons:

Que fumen en los balcones de las habitaciones ya que el olor desagradable del humo llega a las otras habitaciones y es molesto.

Guter Service in toller Lage direkt am See
Pros:

Geniale Lage direkt am See. Alles sehr gepflegt und sicher. Sauberkeit super. Zimmer super ausgestattet, groß und mit schönem Balkon. Bad auch sehr groß. Viele Wellness- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr freundlich und verlässlich. Frühstück lecker und umfangreich, wenn auch sehr zuckerlastig. Kein Gemüse, aber tolle Auswahl an Früchten.

Cons:

Manche Stellen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Der Innenpool ist schön groß, aber so heiß, dass man sich dort nicht sportlich betätigen kann.
