surprised in a good way
Pros:

The staff was suber. Very nice and large designated smoking area.

Cons:

The blueprint for this facility was way off - the back faced the main road and the entry faced the rear (not visible from the main road). The person who okayed the development plans should be fired!

Pros:

Breakfast was good lots of options and good hours. pool and hot tub was clean.

Cons:

could have been more affordable. $300.00+ a night is a lot . I mean you had mountain views by not super close to anything.

Cons:

breakfast is bad. Stop serving waffle and oatmeal without any reason.

The a/c temperature setting in the restaurant is very cold. Can't understand why it is always set at 61F.

Great people and great breakfast
Pros:

We had some struggles with a room internet and tv in two rooms

We enjoyed the city and the helpfulness of staff

Had to change rooms after getting all unpacked and settled in -

Pros:

I loved the view!! The room was nice and big.

Cons:

I use a walker and I had 2 bags and a small cooler slung over my shoulder. Neither young man at the counter asked me if I needed help. Another customer helped me and carried my bags for me.
