Beds and pillows were awesome. AC was easily adjustable, worked well, and was quiet. Good shower. Front desk staff were great. Fresh baked cookies on arrival were a lovely surprise. Breakfast was good and we particularly appreciated the presence of Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and hard-boiled eggs.
We didn’t dislike anything. Some machines in the fitness center rather than only free weights would’ve been nice.

Got there after 7am and asked for more fruit to be brought out, as was empty, and told "we dont restock" I said I was gluten free so yoghurt and fruit was all I could really have and was told get down at opening then at 6am! Very limited offering, very processed offerings and so went out for breakfast. Worst part of our stay. Food so bad.

The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Really liked the hot tub, didn't try the pool. I also liked the fact that check out time was noon. Only hotel anywhere I have stayed that does that. Most make you leave earlier.
Elevators need work before they break. I thought the price was a little high.

Our room was a bit close to the laundry and we could hear the machines and a loud conversation which echoed up the corridor for about an hour
My grandkids could visit and swim at no charge
The bed was horrible neither I or my wife could hardly move next morning from horrible mattress and it was very overpriced e ere charged more than our reservation said was not happy if you pay that much money the beds should at least be good beds it was very broken down which made the rest of our trip miserable because of back pain

Location was perfect I felt very safe leaving my vehicle out in a not familiar town. (NO damage or theft)
The only thing that I didn't like was clogged tub.
